After navigating the AI process from AAA, in which I couldn’t leave any details, I called the company they were sending myself. I explained to the helpful young lady on the phone that my keys were locked inside the car with the engine running, and I had food to drop off at church inside. She assured me the driver would be there ASAP! A-Car Auto Repair Services sent the tow truck immediately. Carlos even cut his lunch hour short to help me out. I give A-Car Auto Repair two thumbs up! Way up!
Quite literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an agency. This company was dispatched from AAA for roadside assistance yesterday, (I did not call them myself). Someone employed there named - Pablo, not only exhibited discrimination, but left my daughter and I on the side of the road refusing to change my tire. Although I called AAA 3x's and they explained to him that I was authorized for services, he told me he didn't believe me because my last name did not match my ID card. I provided him with the same confirmation number as what he was sent on his device, and still, he REFUSED to change my tire. AAA had to escalate the call, put out an official complaint on this agency, and refund me for the towing cost. AAA also explained that protocol for him should have been to dispatch AAA, so that any questions could have been answered. Plain and simple, he chose NOT to assist us for personal reasons. Don't waste your money.
If I could leave negative stars I would. The service here was absolutely unacceptable everyone I spoke to was inconsiderate and rude. They charged us for two days when the car was only there for 12 hours and it took them over 30 minutes to release our car after we paid the ridiculous fees. We tried to pick up our car the same night it was towed and they did not allow that even tho there was someone clearly still in the office, my guess is so that they could charge that extra day. I cannot express enough how disrespected I felt and how disrespectful they were to my mom who was only trying to get to work and it took her saying something about losing her work hours for the supervisor to even show his face and try to move the process along.
