Came here after having a horrible experience at O'Reilly. Needed help to get the correct wipers for my car, the gentleman name Miguel was extremely helpful, and helped put them on my car. Everyone welcomed me once I got in and was in and out of there quickly. Will be shopping here from now on!
Girl with red hair refuses to help anyone ......if you ask them a question they'll tell you they don't know.......that you have to check for your self ..........horrible customer service.....everyone's lounging around....just walking around spaced out.....except for the older gentleman that walked in at 2:50.....he was nice and helpful...by far the worst experience ever
I came in for oil for my engine and Miguel saw I grabbed the wrong oil. So happy he caught that when I checked out would’ve had to come back and do return, saved me time on the road since I’m out of state. This is why I love auto zone great service
Went with my dad a while back, had help from Miguel! Super friendly, got us exactly what we needed and made sure we were satisfied with our service before we left. Definitely coming back for any other auto needs!
I made a trip to auto zone because my car battery was getting pretty bad. David is who assisted me. He was very helpful, he connected my battery and showed me what the issue was. He helped me pick a new battery and install it. He was extremely polite, quick and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would definitely come back here for his help, he knows what he is doing.
It's AutoZone, so I mean you know what it is to an extent. Way better prices than O'Reilly's though and the staff are pretty helpful when they can be.
They're a pretty busy store though. They didn't call me the last two times I ordered parts and they said they would. I went in the day they said they'd be there and they had them, so no biggie.
Had the fastest, friendliest experience this morning with David. He quickly helped figure out the type of battery my key needed to be replaced and more importantly how to open the key and install it. Thanks David for going out of your way to help!

Very helpful people work at this location. I went in to buy replacement windshield wiper blades for my car. The sales associate came outside and inspected the blades to help make sure I got the right ones (I just started driving a new used car and the blades are two different sizes). After I purchased them, he walked back outside with me and installed them for me. He was so nice and helpful. If you’re in the area keep shopping here for any auto needs.
needed some troubleshooting on a headlight bulb and sergio not only solved the problem, but he also replaced it for me and went above and beyond to tighten up the strap on my battery after he noticed it was loose. fast, helpful, and super service!

My battery died and I was freaking out. Came to the eagle rock autozone and Sergio and Milton helped me out right away. Making sure to find the best prices and best battery for my car. I have a Mercedes Benz so it was difficult to find my battery but they still helped! Thank you!
I came in for a new battery and installation and both Chewy and Sergio held the upmost professionalism explaining the pros and cons with the warranties and the key diffrences beetween diffrent batteries. Great Experience at this Auto Zone! On Monday morning my check engine light turned on so I stopped by my local Auto Zone and thanks to Sergio who tested everything for me and explained the why behind the problem. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars he gave me peace of mind and advice on how to get it fixed. Thank you
The customer service here is top-notch. Every time I’ve visited, the employees have been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to assist. The store manager is especially helpful — you can tell he really cares about both his team and the customers. He keeps the store running smoothly and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. Plus, it’s a huge plus that he speaks Spanish! It makes communication so much easier for a lot of people in the community.

I came in last week to get some new wiper blades and my car battery checked out. The store was very busy, but the staff that helped me out made sure I was Fully attended to and I couldn’t be happier. I ended up getting my wiper blades changed out by a very kind young lady by the name of Faith and my battery changed out by a helpful gentleman by the name of Sergio, who is also the store manager. They helped me out quite quickly and I was in and out of the store with everything installed in a matter of 20mins. Definitely recommend this store, wonderful staff and clean environment
I went in on a late Tuesday afternoon because I needed help with installing new headlight bulbs in my SUV. I had bought the bulbs from a different location, but they were not able to help me install them. I drove over to this location and Sergio jumped into action and got the bulbs installed. It took him less than 20 minutes to do both headlights! Very nice and helpful staff. I will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on.
Sergio was a very helpful manager. My battery kept dieing and they were able to honor the warranty and swapped it out. Customer service was easy, no hassle. Definitely trust his team!
We went in today to buy new windshield wipers and had a great experience. Staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman that checked us out came out to our car and helped us change the wipers which was very generous and super appreciated! We will go back.
Went for the free fix finder service and Alvaro was VERY helpful! His customer service AMAZING! He really helped me out a lot with explaining the diagnostic that was printed out for my mechanic. And he listened to me running my mouth, talking about the weather and my car but didn't make me feel like he wasn't listening. I'll come back to this location just for his service.
