My experience with this company was the absolute WORST. In my opinion this company has terrible customer service and unprofessional tow truck drivers.
This company called me @6:00am to tell me they were assigned to pick up my vehicle by the insurance companydue to an accident , and would arrive to pick it up@7:00am to tow our vehicle to the bodyshop. I reminded her that the car was 'non-drivable' and that we need a flatbed towtruck, as the rear axle appeared bent from a rear-end collision (according to my mechanic).
She confirmed they would send a flatbed truck.
After a couple "we're delayed" text messages at 8:30 AM the tow truck driver finally showed up, took my keys, got in the car, started up the engine and promptly drove the car up onto the flatbed truck(??). The driver then got out of the car and proceeded to bring me a clipboard, and asked me to sign a "waiver" releasing their company from any liability or damages he may cause. I replied that I was not going to sign any waivers; I was not informed by the insurance company OR the tow company that I would need to sign a "waiver" releasing them from liability, especially after he had JUST driven a 'non-drivable' car with a bent rear axle. My mechanic later indicated that the driver was just being lazy by not using a winch, as it is much easier to just drive the car up the ramp. The towtruck driver clearly didn't care about damaging the vehicle further. Again, I spoke with the same phone representative that I spoke with earlier and while initially she told me I had to sign the waiver, she called me back later and said I did not have to sign it. I asked her if she would share that information with the driver and I handed him my phone. After he got off the phone he then told me I still needed to sign the waiver. I replied OK give it to me and I'll sign it with a note underneath my signature claiming that I signed it under opposition/duress. I then asked the phone representative to speak with a supervisor, and after several attempts of this she hung up on me. The towtruck driver driver got his truck and even though I agreed to sign the waiver with notations under my signature, he refused and said he was leaving.
I then contacted the insurance company and asked her if I was required to sign any waivers for the towtruck company, and she said "no." She contacted her vendor via a 3-way call, and the vendor indicated that they knew of no waivers that needed to be signed by customers in order to have vehicles towed. Adding, that the towtruck drivers are "never, ever supposed to go against the customers and refuse service."
I do NOT recommend this business.
Absolutely professional and accommodating. Mason was my tow guy and he made it as easy as possible. Peace of mind whole way through. couldn't recommend better service
Absolutely awful service. Promised me a tow. They told me an hour. Then an hour later it was 20 minutes. Then 35 more minutes. Then they told me they couldn’t send a truck, they would send a guy to do a repair of my tire—in another 20-25 minutes. I’m sitting out on the street waiting for hours. Nothing. Then they canceled the service all together without telling me. Never trust them. If your roadside assistance assigns them, have it reassigned to someone else.

Great experience with Nathan, he helped me on the side of the highway with my newborn and my almost 2-year-old. My car broke down, Needed assistance immediately. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, And extremely compassionate for the situation. And kept us safe from other cars on the highway. Just wanted to say thank you and appreciate the assistance for me and my family.
I had a really great experience with this Tow service company. My car wasn’t turning on, and they were able to hook it up with no problem, dropped it off where it needed to be and gave me a ride back home. Great service, very friendly andd I highly recommended
The driver was fast and responsible! He didn't just leave the car and go even though the location for drop off was closed and security wouldn't let him in. He waited there to wait for arrangements from the dispatch. Took well cared of my car. I really appreciated that! And dispatch Joan kept me informed the whole entire time. She called me many times just to let me know how everything went and the vehicle

My tire got blown out called them for assistance, they agree and said they would come in 1.5 hours. Waited for them 1.5 hours just to get a call that they can’t make it. They have to prioritize another call , hence it will take another 1.5 hrs. This is so messed up . Don’t take job if you can’t do it . If you need to cancel do it right away, don’t make people wait for hours .
The absolute worst. I waited 2 hours for a tow truck from Roadside assistance. The first driver arrived and told me he could not tow my vehicle because he had another job from dispatch. Waited over 3 more hours for a second driver only to have the driver cancel on me. Don’t waste your time with this company. Better off pushing your vehicle
Customer service was so horrible took me over 45 min on the phone just to get a quote and then when i got it it was extremely high I'm less than a mile from there shop and was getting it towed less than half a mile
Had an amazing towing experience with Brayan Gonzales. Trustworthy, reliable, great communication. He arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of fast and dependable roadside assistance.
I can't believe how terrible your towing service was today. I was told the wait would be 1.5 to 2 hours, but after waiting over 2 hours, you never even showed up and falsely marked my car as "picked up." This is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. After that, I spend another two hours coordinating with them to pick up the vehicle from the auction yard. They said the driver is there and will update me once vehicle is on its way. Waited another 30 minutes to call them back, they said the driver left because the car was not ready to be picked up. I've called the auction yard and they said nobody went to pick up.
Stay away from this unless you like to waste half of your day waiting for nothing to happen.

My towtruck driver Brayan Gonzalez, arrived quick as possible in the heavy traffic. Got my truck loaded, secured and we got on the return to my house safely. We chose the best route with the least traffic since hauling my 8,000lb truck. I'm totally thankful for Brayan's professionalism and care to get me safely home.

False updates about picking up my car so when I went to deal with getting it towed this morning, I was ready to go off. Irish called and completely changed my attitude. She was nice, friendly and very helpful. Santiago got to me on the time Irish said and was also extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. I was upset anticipating another horrible towing experience but I was pleasantly surprised that they were kind and helpful!
It's been the most positive and painless experience ever with my assigned driver Nathan. I would 11 out of 10 experience. He definitely went above and beyond. He's also very communicative and kept me in the loop despite the delay from the unpredictable LA traffic. We also had a great conversation that made the long tow seemed much shorter. If I have to do it again, I would definitely choose OnSite Towing if they service wherever I might be stranded in.
