Hit a pothole in K-Town in LA at night which gashed my front passenger tire leaving me stranded. Thankfully with Audi 24/7 Roadside assistance they procured a tow truck for me. The tow truck driver Brayan Gonzalez showed very quickly, before the quoted ETA, loaded up my vehicle, and assist me with Audi dealership in DTLA. Without him, I would still be stranded.
My car had a flat tire and Richard with Unit 13 did amazing. He was very understanding, nice, and kind. He showed me what happened to the tire and explained the whole thing. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and I hope all of his and his family future endeavors come true.

Brayan was extremely professional, skilled, and friendly. He expertly towed my vehicle from a tricky spot and safely transported it to the service center. While other companies declined to tow my vehicle because it is an EV, Onsite had no issues and did a great job.

Amazing person named Brayan gonzalez helped me out from the freeway all the way to the charging station. Great man used tools to not damage my tires and car and also helped me start up the car so I can charge it. Amazing.

Brayan Gonzales was absolutely outstanding. He arrived much sooner than the estimated time and helped me install my spare tire, checked the pressure, and added air to make sure everything was safe before I continued. This happened around 1:00 a.m., and his kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier.
He was patient, reassuring, and truly went above and beyond, even coming out when he was about to take his lunch break. I’m extremely grateful for the level of care and service he provided. Highly recommend this business and especially Brayan.

Brayan González responded to my call and let me know he was about 20 minutes away. He was my second tow driver—the first tow truck called and said he was 20 minutes away, then later sent a text saying he was no longer coming, which canceled my roadside assistance. After waiting nearly three hours, Brayan finally arrived and got me back on the road. Even at 10:00 p.m., he listened to my frustration and understood my annoyance, which I truly appreciated.
Original review: Scheduled the tow the night before. Was told they’d arrive at 7am. They didn’t. I called back. They lied and said the tow would arrive at 845. Waited until 915. Then I had to call for them to get another status update. They said change of plans. Need to come at 1pm. I took work off this morning and scheduled this in advance. Rude. Disrespectful. Will never use them again. I’d feel differently if they at least had remorse.
Updated review after owner’s response: We answered the phone and confirmed our address. They never showed up. Now they’re trying to make it seem like we were unresponsive or didn’t confirm the address. My security camera footage shows they never arrived, and my phone log shows we answered their call.
The owner seems to want customers to believe they’re not at fault, but when you read their other reviews, this appears to be a common issue. This is a pattern in other recent reviews.
Not to mention, we had to be the ones to call them after their first call just to get status updates - and those updates were not truthful. We repeatedly called and were told they were on their way, and just 30 minutes out. Those were lies. They took a higher-paying tow and prioritized that over ours.
They also misrepresented the situation to our roadside coverage provider, stating they were “on site” so they wouldn’t lose the tow and could push it to 1 PM.
This is not how a trustworthy business operates. Their lack of care was obvious, and they continue to show no accountability.
Brayan came to my rescue as fast as possible. He was very welcoming and ready to help. I appreciated his kindness in taking his to examine my vehicle before even towing it up. He was very gentle and skillful in his approach.
This was my first time having roadside assistance with a tow truck but he made my experience less stressful.

Richard - #13, towed my car to my residence. It was difficult afternoon because my car over heated and I had to miss my granddaughter’s first piano recital in the mid Wilshire area. Richard showed up and was extremely courteous, friendly and personable toward me and my friend. The ride was short but our conversation was enjoyable and we all laughed a lot. This was my first time using Progressive’s Roadside Assistance. I was wrong to think AAA is the only game in town. My day couldn’t be salvaged, but Richard made the tow painless…thank you On Site Towing!
I have used probably 50 different towing company’s in the past 10 years for various things. Onsite towing & recovery came out to a accident my wife had were her car was 150’ off the street off a cliff and they came out and absolutely killed it they were so professional, personable, and kind so worried about how my wife was doing and making us feel like family! I will recommend them to everyone I know and I will continue to use them for everything! Thank you gentlemen so much for your hard work and professionalism! Can’t thank you enough!
My experience with this company was the absolute WORST. In my opinion this company has terrible customer service and unprofessional tow truck drivers. This company called me @6:00am to tell me they were assigned to pick up my vehicle by the insurance companydue to an accident , and would arrive to pick it up@7:00am to tow our vehicle to the bodyshop. I reminded her that the car was 'non-drivable' and that we need a flatbed towtruck, as the rear axle appeared bent from a rear-end collision (according to my mechanic). She confirmed they would send a flatbed truck. After a couple "we're delayed" text messages at 8:30 AM the tow truck driver finally showed up, took my keys, got in the car, started up the engine and promptly drove the car up onto the flatbed truck(??). The driver then got out of the car and proceeded to bring me a clipboard, and asked me to sign a "waiver" releasing their company from any liability or damages he may cause. I replied that I was not going to sign any waivers; I was not informed by the insurance company OR the tow company that I would need to sign a "waiver" releasing them from liability, especially after he had JUST driven a 'non-drivable' car with a bent rear axle. My mechanic later indicated that the driver was just being lazy by not using a winch, as it is much easier to just drive the car up the ramp. The towtruck driver clearly didn't care about damaging the vehicle further. Again, I spoke with the same phone representative that I spoke with earlier and while initially she told me I had to sign the waiver, she called me back later and said I did not have to sign it. I asked her if she would share that information with the driver and I handed him my phone. After he got off the phone he then told me I still needed to sign the waiver. I replied OK give it to me and I'll sign it with a note underneath my signature claiming that I signed it under opposition/duress. I then asked the phone representative to speak with a supervisor, and after several attempts of this she hung up on me. The towtruck driver driver got his truck and even though I agreed to sign the waiver with notations under my signature, he refused and said he was leaving. I then contacted the insurance company and asked her if I was required to sign any waivers for the towtruck company, and she said "no." She contacted her vendor via a 3-way call, and the vendor indicated that they knew of no waivers that needed to be signed by customers in order to have vehicles towed. Adding, that the towtruck drivers are "never, ever supposed to go against the customers and refuse service." I do NOT recommend this business.
Great experience with Nathan, he helped me on the side of the highway with my newborn and my almost 2-year-old. My car broke down, Needed assistance immediately. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, And extremely compassionate for the situation. And kept us safe from other cars on the highway. Just wanted to say thank you and appreciate the assistance for me and my family.
The driver was fast and responsible! He didn't just leave the car and go even though the location for drop off was closed and security wouldn't let him in. He waited there to wait for arrangements from the dispatch. Took well cared of my car. I really appreciated that! And dispatch Joan kept me informed the whole entire time. She called me many times just to let me know how everything went and the vehicle location status. Very responsible and professional dispatch! Highly recommend this towing company!
My towtruck driver Brayan Gonzalez, arrived quick as possible in the heavy traffic. Got my truck loaded, secured and we got on the return to my house safely. We chose the best route with the least traffic since hauling my 8,000lb truck. I'm totally thankful for Brayan's professionalism and care to get me safely home.
