I have bought parts from autozone for years but recently the staff at their stores have become rude and unwelcoming. Their house brand parts have always been of poor quality. I will never patronize any autozone stores again and will not recommend anyone else to patronize their stores either.

Thank you Tristan.. Last Saturday Nov 15 at the height of heavy rains, I went to Autozone to buy replacement wiper blades. They helped me install the replacement blades in spite of the pouring rain. He did his job with ease. I was giving my tip but he politely declined with a smile. Abundant Shoutout to Tristan for his working attitude.

I have always received courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt service from your team. Tonight was no different, Harry offered to hold the fort down while Sammy E went above and beyond the calls of duty to make sure my issues were addressed with products, referrals, and assistes prompt solutions to make sure I was safe enough. I can always count on their professionalism with care. I really appreciate all of you, top down great customer service♡
Staff was very kind and helpful with everything that I needed. Storefront and parking lot had a lot of trash and looks run down. Not the greatest AutoZone experience.
Good selection but every available item of the one thing I went to buy had already been used, returned, and stapled closed again. But the store gets the job done.
I went there this morning. Needed to replace windshield wipers. I didn’t know how to put them on. I was helped out by Tristan. He put them on for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his helpfulness. It’s a rare thing nowadays when people go out of their way to help you., Little, did he know he was helping out a damsel in distress😊thank you! Tristan
I just seen Auto Zone commercial stating the employees are helpful and caring. It’s not true. I went to the Auto Zone in Diamond Bar and left so disappointed in the treatment I received. Two employees standing around behind the counter and would not help me. The employee had an attitude like he didn’t want to be there. Instead of showing me where the item was he just pointed it was over there. Even after I said I don’t know what I’m looking for, I just had the name.
If you need assistance, this is not the place to go.
The employees at this autozone have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One manager helped to change my battery a week ago, which wasn’t an easy task! He was so helpful and got it done. I wish I had gotten his name to mention him specifically but I’m so grateful to him for his hard work. Today manager Kristen helped to change a fuse on my car that also was being difficult. She got it done and it worked!! Thank you Kristen and the other manger and all the workers at Diamond bar Autozone.. you have always been amazing and helpful!!
Staff is excellent super helpful and eager to assist. Very friendly and help you find the parts and get best results for questions you have. Probably one of the best if not then the best auto zones I have been to. Ran battery test more than once and we went through best action plan and options.

Horrible experience this is the Autozone I frequent and most of the staff is very nice and helpful. There is one girl there her name is Amanda who has the worst attitude every time I come in it doesn’t matter what time of day she always looks like she just hates being there. I unfortunately have had the displeasure of being “helped” by her a couple times she always has the worst attitude rolling her eyes telling her coworkers how she wants to leave or bragging how high she is when there’s customers in the store isn’t the smartest thing. I’ve heard her get into yelling matches with customers before. She’s usually on her phone ignoring people. To be honest I will purposely wait for someone else or if no one else can help me I just leave. Sad that they have someone like that working there clearly she’s consistently a problem.

Kristen was one of the best autozone employees I had ever encountered. She really was great. Most of the time autozone employees ignore me but not her. Above and beyond to help me. Definitely going back!
My truck didn’t start after Shopping at the Sprouts. And it was my born day too. Called AutoZone that was located in the same parking. Kristina was on duty and went to assisted us to install the battery 🔋. It work like a champ. Kristina, you’re the bomb 💣. Very friendly and professional.

Jairo did an AMAZING job!! He quickly helped to figure out what battery my car needed as well as replacing the battery with precision and accuracy. He also helped me to understand each step that he was doing, which I really appreciate as I’m a girl and he genuinely cared to educate me on my vehicle. Great job, highly recommend

Shaun and Drew have excellent customer service! Drew went out of his way and drove to where my car was to get it jump started and Shaun gave me a great price for my battery, replaced the battery (even though my battery was rusty and fighting him a bit) he got it to work, while staying after store hours!
