I recently bought our commercial van and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Their selection is absolutely massive, offering a wide variety of vans to choose from to fit different needs and budgets. We purchased a vehicle from BB Quality, and we could not be more pleased. They were extremely professional, courteous, and very helpful in working with us to meet our needs. We would definitely consider to work with them again in the future.

Could we leave negative star for this place? We bought a Sprinter van from this place in 2019, and we needed to add another row of seat. They ended up logging 500+ miles on the Sprinter over a weekend. We were afraid to post because their attitude was like, "that's right, what are you going to do about it huh, we know where you live" Finally we sold our home in 2021. These are very dishonest and shady people. Stay away!!!

I would not recommend dealing with these guys. Ed and Mario are blatant liars and are incapable of communicating clearly / truthfully. IF you want to drive off their lot with a vehicle that you're financing, you will need to have the check from the creditor IN HAND. They told me that they would accept a letter of approval, but they didn't. I wasted an entire day at their lot only to sign paperwork to purchase a car and not even be able to drive away with it. To top it all off, they will say anything they need to in order to get your lender off the phone. This will lead to needless confusion between you and your lender. Edit: the response from the owner is a lie; I had a letter of guarantee of funds from the lender and also provided a $10k down payment on a vehicle only worth $32k at the time... Ed is a blatant liar!!!

One Star is giving this company too many. I bought a car without going to see it in person. I asked him about many different quality questions. He said the ONLY thing wrong with the car was two small dents in on the bed. When I purchased it, and it showed up to my office that was not the case. The complete bed and undercarriage of the car was rusted out. The paint on outside was not original and was used to cover up rust on the body of the vehicle. The bed was collapsing in. When I called at the time of delivery to tell him I could not take possession of the truck and that I was getting a lawyer they hung up on me and would not talk to me any more. They stated a quality and safety check was completed first. THIS WAS A LIE. I brought the truck in to get looked over. The front axels were destroyed and brakes completed rusted out. The truck had never been aligned since it was first built. I feel like I got robbed and have never felt so violated in my life. It took me 3000$ to get the truck to the point where we were able to drive it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BAD PEOPLE!

Possibly the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I’ve had. Also the fastest! Mario and Ed aren’t your typical car salesmen. They’re honest, communicate with integrity and really help get your car and deal you want! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car that doesn’t want to deal with all the hassle normal dealers give you. I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream car!

I was in a bind with my work van down for an unknown amount of time and construction jobs to complete. I found Ed to be quite helpful and patient as I was not doing my most spectacular thinking, worrying about work and now having to deal with buying a used vehicle on the fly. He represented his company professionally in what we can all probably agree is not the easiest business. He sells used vehicles. He does not rebuild them to factory specs nor are they factory refurbished. So, I know going in, that I am buying somebody elses problems when buying used. I must do my due diligence even more so in this situation. When I asked him questions regarding anything on the lot, I felt I got straight up answers. What more can you ask? Ed was unassuming, mild, and not pushy at all. Did Iention he sells used cars? Yup, no greasy smile or sales line to pressure me to buy anything. Thanks Ed. I appreciate it all. This place is awful! We bought a Van from them and once we drove it back the 2 hours to our shop our mechanic discovered a mountain of issues. Brakes were metal to metal, rotors ruined, all the molding was missing, no switches on windows (they did send us those so that's a positive), seat belts didn't work and now we've found that the front motor mounts are broken. We have tried to talk with them just to get some credit for the brakes but they hung up on us and wouldn't speak to our office staff as this is a business. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ED and his crew are very terrible people. They did offer to fix the brakes if we drove it back down to him, however the brakes had to be fixed so someone could drive it!

Bought a sprinter van from these guys. Check engine light was on but was told not to worry. It was due to a dead battery and once it recharged, the light would turn off. Turns out the catalytic converter had been stolen. On top of that, the rear AC unit was cracked causing the condensation to leak all over the cargo area. Bottom line, over $3K in repairs after paying full market price. Ed is the typical shady used car salesman. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was searching for a cargo van and went to Best Buy Quality Car in my search. Ed was patient and had the best deals. I chose a van but when I came back I changed my mind and wanted a larger van. The switch was no hassle and even though that day was busy it didn’t take forever to finish the deal. Ed even took care of an air conditioning flaw with no hassle or dispute.

Ed and the rest were helpful and kind. They do honest business. But Ed went all the way to ensure I get my car and running.and I would easily refer friends to you guys. Thank you Bestbuy autos with your neat cars with low mileage?

Great guys. Bought a bmw 6 series with super low mileage. They were helpful and made it quick and easy to get out the door with my car. Also, Charlie the office dog was adorable and my girlfriend and i spent 30+ min playing with him

First and foremost Mario was a great sales man. Make sure you fully pay attention to every detail. I was told that all the issues with the car would be covered by the extra warranty I purchased. However I was provided with what's known as an admin key, restricts the cars speed and volume of music. The manager of the dealership said sorry but they won't be taking care if it, which means im now responsible for the 500.00 charge the Ford dealership is going to charge me. The back up camera is not working, a/c is broken, steering needs repairing, tires sensor is faulty, these are things I pray will be covered by the 2,500.00 warranty I paid extra for. Im just very disappointed with management and wish I had picked a different car from some place else. Take a mechanic with you to check if out with you, and have fixed before driving the car off the lot.

I was shopping for a cargo van and looked at several dealers. Ed was able to give me the best price around. Also he worked with me on.my credit and got me a very competitive interest rate. I would recommend Ed, he seems very honest.

Unfortunately I decided to ignore the bad reviews. I visited this used car lot after searching online for specific mustangs. It was a bit of a drive, but the specific car, a 2008 Ford Mustang GT, would make it worth it in my opinion. Test drove it, and was promised by Mario that I could take it to a Ford dealership to get it inspected. I called the office the next day to confirm that the car was still available and that I could pick it up for an inspection. After driving nearly an hour, and waiting in their office for about 20 minutes, I was told that the car was being sold to another buyer, even though he had told me I was the only one looking at the car the day before. I was told I could buy the car before the other buyer, but could not take the car off the lot to have it inspected. This sketchy place reeks of BS actions like this. Definitely stay away!

Highly not recommend the owner is dishonest he sold us a salvaged auto with a lot of hidden problems he over the phone they claim that this car have minor issues like dents but In reality check engine light got bypass by their mechanic which is illegal Do yourself a favor either take the vehicle to your on mechanic and test it or buy from another place The peoples in this dealer are not straight! They min they drop the car We found that breaks need service Engine cooling fan doesn’t work Transmission issues Etc. That’s was a nightmare of experience

I bought a car with a valid registration and plates from this independent dealer. When asked to agree to the total owed, I asked to see the line items and found a $500+ charge for registration. The dealer then made a pretense of verifying that the car had plates and registration , then promptly removed the charge. But of course they knew all along the car had plates since they knew I'd test driven it. Then I had to sign an "as is" contract after which I was told the dealer had only one key on my almost new 2019 car with only 2000 miles on it. The local Ford Parts Department speculated this dealer kept the second key which programmed costs over $500+ to replace. Finally, the dealer said that only a rear bumper had been replaced following a minor accident but the CarFax I bought documented both front and rear damage from the one month the car was in service prior to my buying it. I did not give one star to this dealer because I liked Emanuel, the original salesman, who was off duty when I bought the car from the owner and another salesman.

This is the 10th car I've purchased with this dealership. Every car I've purchased has been a reliable car and reasonably priced. All of my family members drive a car purchased from Ed. I highly recommend them. He has never disappointed me. Thanks a million!

At first I was iffy because of some bad reviews, but after talking and getting to know Edmond more, I realized that the reviews were a bunch of people that buy a used car and expect for it to be BRAND NEW, which even New can have small issues, they dont do a full check on the car and even come 2 years later to complain about the car. REALLY?!?! ANYWAYS, I came from SACRAMENTO and bought a wonderful Ford Transit 250 for my starting Business, Drove back and had NO problems at all, I would DEFTLY recommend.

We are a transportation business and buy lots of vehicles all over Socal but this is by far my favorite place. No need to haggle vehicles are priced to sale and when I go in paperwork is ready and just needs signed.Literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. If your looking for a vehicle this is the place to go Ed and Mario are the best!

**DO NOT PURCHASE a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Gold Color** See below for all the troubles that vehicle has !!! **WATCH OUT** CROOKS REPEAT CROOKS** I was sold a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Front Axle Shaft Broken, Upper Front Differential Mount cracked, Exhaust Gasket left side with a major leak, leaking raditor, shifter assemble not complete. Please everybody safe yourself the headache and go else where don't even waste your time with this delaership. Ed and Mario (salesperson) are crooks they kept my depsoit money $5,000 and now gonna be in a lawsuit. I wanna rate zero stars but I have to enter one to leave a comment. So please just go to the next dealership and save yourself the headache.

I came to pick up a car here for a friend who purchased from out of state. I asked what services they performed on the vehicle prior to sale and he Told me they do a safety inspection. As soon as I entered the vehicle the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)light was on. When i asked him to please inspect the front passenger tire for leaks (since air doesn't come escape a properly sealed tire) And he became aggressive and refused to speak with me. I brought the vehicle to MY tire shop and they found a nail near the side wall(unrepairable) Had to purchase a new tire for a vehicle coming off a Sales lot (unbelievable) Had I not the vehicle would have had a major blow out on the highway and caused injury and or Death. (Sprinter vans are top heavy and a front blow out is disastrous)

There was a miscommunication at first it was quickly resolved. We got a great deal they are definitely not trying to bamboozle you or hide any issues with the cars. They are used cars and do your own due diligence. They were upfront and honest and easy to work with. Edmond took care of some minor issues with the car though he did not have to. Thank you for a great deal on our 2016 Toyota Sequoia. We are very happy people

I bought this car long distance. When the car arrived, it had multiple problems that had not been disclosed. I had asked before purchasing if everything was in good workig order. They assured me it was. I specifically wanted to be able to use my phone with the bluetooth system the car stated it had. When it arrived, the radio was a cheap no name brand that had been very poorly installed. The power folding mirrors do not work, the muffler has been replaced with a non stock muffler to make it louder (something I did not want), the airconditioning was barely blowing cold air. The rear ac did not work. Their seems to be a minor electrical problems that periodically causes static on the crappy radio. Their is a very slow leak somewhere is the coolant system. It was down at least 2 quarts of oil when it arrived.

Rude and unprofessional. I am in San Diego and have been searching for a new car. These guys advertise on Craigslist in San Diego, despite being in Los Angeles more than 2 hours away. They were advertising a 2011 Inifiniti EX35 for $17,998. Before wasting my time doing that ridiculous drive, or their time if the price was not flexible - I emailed them asking if they could take $17,000 out the door. The response was not kind at all. The message ended with "...please do not make such a low ball offer." First - the offer was not far off from their asking. Second, that is not how you attract customers by insulting them on a first interaction. I told him simple no would have sufficed as opposed to the insult. I think some dealers forget they are out to get our business, not the other way around. Treat people poorly then do not expect to be successful in business. Luckily for me there are hundreds of other dealers out there, many who are not rude.
