Great experience with Carnest! I purchased a car out of state and had it shipped to my home. Ross was upfront and honest about the car’s issues and handled all the paperwork differences between Texas and California quickly and efficiently. They even allowed an independent inspector to check the car so we knew what parts to have on hand before delivery. Smooth process, great communication, and I’m now the proud owner of my dream car ? Can any customer tell me if this dealer offered them A LoJack when purchasing a vehicle? Apparently all their cars come with it when purchased. Especially because they charge $1,500 for it on the contract.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. when we arrived, the sales representative appeared to be asleep at the door with feet up. which immediately set an unprofessional tone. It became clear that the representative had very little knowledge of the inventory. Basic questions about the vehicles, pricing, and history could not be answered, and there was no effort to provide answers.
Customer service is extremely important when making a major purchase like a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. We expected professionalism, attentiveness, and product knowledge, but none of those standards were met. Because of this experience, we did not feel confident doing business with this dealership and would not recommend it to others.

I came here with an idea of buying a car and they made it possible. The gentleman mike, does show me the car. He was down earth citizen, and an outstanding citizen.
