Staff nice and all but not very helpful they rather talk to each other then to go actually help a customer when looking for an item

Yesterday I went to this auto parts located in the city of bell ask for a pair of windshield wipers but the employee refused to install them claiming that it was raining but it wasn’t at that moment in fact another employee went out to help another customer in that moment. Very disappointed employees name was J.

I like shopping there they sold a heater hose by the foot and it was a reasonable price so very good

There's a handful of rude employees here and I don't know why! I guess they don't have "customer service skills" as a qualifier when hiring. You have to be polite to people and part of it is being helpful. The worst is the guy with the "I may be wrong but I doubt it" pin on his shirt. Another horrible thing: there's so many white vehicles for this store that takes up all the parking.

They help me with my 68 Volkswagen to get brake parts which is very very good

Went in this evening to pick up a passenger mirror which I purchased in a different location that were out of stock. The employee Mike helped me out, who was very respectful, knowledgeable & friendly. Great customer service, will definitely return to this location.

My son and I struggled to remove a rusted tie rod ball joint. We tried three different types of penetration fluid. We used a Thor style sledge. We used a ball joint fork. Nothing worked. We went to AutoZone and renting a ball joint separator was over $140. So we went to O'Reilly's and renting it from there was $17. And, it worked.

I go to O'Reilly's often I don't always need help but I needed help this time and thanks to Misael who is one of the sales associates I was able to make the right purchase so if you ever come to this location rest assured your service will be great. Thanks again Bro ! Much appreciated!

I just want to say this because my experience in this place was very unpleasant due to the situation that happened to me there. I want to try to help the managers of this place because I do not want to make the problem big, but yesterday Friday June 21st between the hours of 12 pm and 2 pm I was passing by there and it occurred to me to stop by to ask about a part of my car that I need to change and the person who helped me was… I don't know how to describe their comments and their actions but I entered the business with my wife and the person who helped me asked me who I was with and at that moment I did not understand his question because it had nothing to do with my question about my part of my car that I needed and I answered that it was my wife, immediately that person, I don't know why, wanted to give me a high five and I did not pay attention but I think that what the person who helped me did was sexual harassment and the truth is I did not want to answer aggressively because I could, but I found his comments very rude. And the truth is I do not plan to return to this place just because of the poor service and the very ordinary treatment of these people. Managers, please, you have to ensure that you have good workers to represent your company.

This location was well stocked and the staff knows about vehicles. There wasn't a long wait or any of the usual negative things associated with going to the parts store.

WHY don't they EVER ANSWER THE PHONE? They let the phone ring and then they hang it up! They need to start answering the phone. They don't believe they're not the only parts store around.

I went to buy a battery for a Honda Ridgeline 2018 last Thursdaynight, and the two gentlemen who took care of me were so nice and professional. They are the best. 5 Stars

Really wish workers would show some enthusiasm or something. I would strongly recommend to greet the costumers. Autozone it is.

My husband bought a part for his truck and the mechanic put it on one part was ok but the other not , this auto parts sells you anything they don't care for the customer, Bad place to shop parts

So I'll got a battery from here in 2019.. never give me problems..till one day 10/17/22 I'll left my hazard lights on.. I'll took it back here to get it charged.. and they never did when I'll picked it up.. wasn't charge.. .. I'll told them about my warranty and they told me I'll never did when in reality I'll did.. so I had to get a new one... this time I will saved my receipt..so gente if you ever going through the same problem make sure you get it charge.. or don't give them more business.. because I'll always get my parts here and they play the part for me to get another battery

If you need help for your car this is a place to come and shop for the parts you need great customer service good sense of humor of the employers who went into help you and understand your vehicle better you walk there frustrated you walk out with a smile don't just take my word for it give it a try O'Reilly's your Auto Park if you're tired of being given to run around for the parts then this is the place you need to go and experience what other places don't have

The old crew that used to work here was always reliable. Always got a call back when I was told that they were going to call back. Always took their time searching for parts. Overall a great crew. The new employees are lazy and rarely ever take the time to look for parts. Very disappointed in the direction that this store is going. Not only that but they closed 20 minutes early, for no reason. I needed parts to finish a vehicle and they closed the doors the moment I walked out. Very disappointed in the service the new guys are providing.

It's is the first time i experience this kind of issue with O'Reilly Auto parts this guy hey didnt even try to find out anything about this part that i need for my crown victoria he was not even trying to help me out alittle , i hope i don't come across anyone else like that at O'Reilly s. I shouldn't even give this store a star.

Let me put it this way...if this man don't get a 50% increase in salary, I ain't coming back no MO! Lol, just kidding. I want to Thank Alberto Arceo for being the most Genuine, Understanding most Helpful Oreillys Employee I've ever met. Everyone is always is dealing with something in their lives from time to time, and for someone to be so Inviting and Friendly without knowing them, is by far worth more than Gold. Not only does it make your day, but it lifts you up and keeps you going. Alberto, I appreciate it bro. You get what you give, and my boy, you getting it back 10 Fold.

By far has to be the best operated O'Reilly I have visited. Now only is the staff very attentive but they are there to help. Angel was very helpful as well as the other two guys that were there. And this I say because of over hearing the conversations that had with the customers. In the last couple days I have visited two or three of the O'Reilly's. This one was just down the street from my business. Figured I would stop by and get what I needed. As a store operator and based on your business and what you guys serve the customers I applaud you for these three employees.

Another one of my favorite auto shop stores. I like coming here when in the area. There is nothing better than o reilly stores if you around one. I usually will go to autozone since it’s closer to my house but not when I’ve got a choice for an o Reilly! Thank you to this store.

Last night our battert gave out. Two gentlemen working at oreilly did everything to help us. Helped us even after work to put in a new battery to get home. Thank you again. They saved our night. Without them we would have been stuck there for hours.

These guys are great, (gals too). They spent all day looking for a special part on my older vehicle and never gave up. That guy Sal is relentless. In fact, I think they are still looking for it right now! Lol I'll keep you all updated but I expect a happy ending. :-)
