They didn’t let us do an oil change after buying the prepaid 3 year value service for $250 that we had bought in July 2025.They declared that since we didn’t reach 10,000 miles that they would deny our oil service. Also we brought the car in for recall with the 32 point tests passing and doing great until the car was received back and we suddenly have a battery issue where the speedometer wasn’t turning on for the dash. Arlene who was our advisor at the time said that they didn’t do the proper tests for the car so we needed a new battery only to find out that the battery is healthy and we were told the wrong things.

There was a recall for my X3 engine starter, so I took my car in for free installation of this part plus oil change and spark plugs change as recommended. Great service with complimentary Lyft service to my home!

I took in my car for a repair covered under the warranty. Everything went smoothly. Michael Tran was my service advisor and he kept me updated the entire time. He was attentive and welcoming. He set me up with a loaner while they worked on my car and made sure I got out of there quickly when I came back to pick up my car.

He walked me through all the steps of the repair, dealt with my insurance -- so grateful for that! -- and made sure I had a great loaner vehicle. Gus is an excellent service advisor, personable, friendly and patient. It’s like going to see a friend who truly has your best interests at heart which sometimes means it’s probably best to replace an additional part (meaning additional costs) because you are there already so might as well save yourself the cost of labor (in the future). Also when a repair can wait he is considerate enough to say your spending quite a bit already let’s wait on the other item it’s not critical.

New Century BMW in Alhambra has the most professional and friendly service center in the San Gabriel Valley! My service advisor, Gus Navarro, was very attentive to my needs. Technician, Wesley, is very knowledgeable and explained the details of the service he provided very clearly. There were no surprises. Everything was explained up front, and the updates I received helped me immensely! The entire service team handled my vehicle with great care, and delivered my vehicle washed and clean, with a peace of mind that my BMW is road-worthy and reliable. I highly recommend all BMW owners to service their vehicles at New Century BMW in Alhambra!

Went in to resolve a recalled part that had to be replaced. We were having other issues with our 2015 325i. They did a very thorough inspection and made recommendations for repairs and maintenance. They kept us informed because it took a little longer than expected! We were very impressed with everything they did and their work!

My family and I came in without an appointment to have our car serviced and key programmed on a Saturday afternoon. As soon as I walked in, Anderson (the service advisor) immediately acknowledged us and helped us out. He was very courteous and pleasant to work with. He knew we were short on time and addressed all our needs. In 2 hours, he had our car washed and ready to go. Because of Anderson, he made us feel VIP and made a usual unpleasant experience to one that was hassle free. Thanks Anderson!! My teen age daughter also liked his tattoos... thought it was WAY COOL!!!

I had an excellent experience with this dealership and truly believe other service centers should take notes on how they operate.
I contacted several BMW dealerships regarding a recall, and this was the only one that actually offered to take my phone number and promised to call once a solution became available. They kept their word. They called me back, scheduled my appointment for December 31st, and everything went smoothly.
I was a bit concerned that servicing the car around New Year’s might disrupt my plans, but the entire process was fast, professional, and stress-free. By January 2nd, I had my car back — fully repaired, clean, and ready to go.

It's convenient to use BMW Alhambra for service. Smooth, easy, professional and trustworthy. I won't leave my BMW at a regular mechanic. I appreciate the Promotions and service deals bc they keep me coming back. Every visit, I walk over to visit their Accessory store & always come out w new clothing and items then sit and enjoy the coffee bar while I wait. I Look forward to the car wash too to drive home in
A clean car although this last visit my car was serviced but they said it was lunch hour and I'd have to wait over an hour if i wanted the wash. So I left disappointed in a dusty car. I had my rear tires replaced - run flat tires. The service writer also was nice enough to have my car washed too; very professional overall service by the service writer. I was surprised to view my car when picking it up with the car exterior washed and cleaned; but the two rear tires that were installed stood out. They both appeared very dirty and simply could've had a wiping or dressing applied to them to match the cleanliness of the front existing tires.

Another great car servicing experience. Had my vehicle repaired past Jan. Throughout the year, felt and observed things are not quite right. Casually contacted my service rep few times to express my concerns. And in Nov finally decided to have the dealer take a look. Kevin promptly suggested to bring the car in for verification. Brought the car in December, and it was confirmed to be a replacement to part replaced in Jan. The dealer took care of it and multi-point inspection waived. At the end of the warranty repair, the technician gave video summary of the overall vehicle condition. Would definitely take the car in for expected and unexpected servicing needs.

want to thank this wonderful dealership — the service was truly top-notch, and especially Anderson Chang! I haven’t experienced such a high level of service at any other car dealership.
I came in with an issue related to the all-wheel-drive system on my BMW X4M Competition, and they replaced the faulty part under warranty. On top of that, they performed a lot of additional work, all done professionally and with great attention to detail.

I took my car in for recall B11 09 23 and B11 to be 01 22 performed.
I immediately got a coolant/radiator warning right after the service.
The dealer denied responsibility & told me the issues were my fault, I was dealing with Gary Li who inspected my car before any work was done to my car. He advised I had a tire pressure sensor and seat belt light on & asked if I wanted it diagnosed. I refused and said to proceed with the recall work. Then when I picked up my car I had the radiator light on so i took it to Gary and he said it was no fault of theirs. I explained to him he did the inspection and 100% would have noticed the light upon inspecting my car. I simply kept asking to recheck the work and he refused and said it was just a matter of time before the light came on after I kept telling him I never seen the light till after they touched my car. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do when he should have recommended the cooling system pressure-tested and the coolant system re-bled under post-recall warranty.
These checks reveal:
• If a hose was bumped
• If coolant was spilled
• If air is in the system
• If a sensor connector is loose
ALL of which are recall-related. But nothing was done.Dec 16, 2025 -

The service department damage my car and won’t take care of it. I need a help. But they never reach me back. Keep pushing me to wait. Every time I call. They just say. We will let manager know and contact to you back.

Best BMW Service Center in Los Angeles County!
I had a fantastic experience at this BMW service center and would definitely recommend it to any BMW owner in LA County. Huge shout-out to my service advisor, Anderson Chang, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. He consistently kept me updated, ensured smooth communication, and also helped arrange a loaner vehicle to make everything convenient for me.

I’ve been taking my car to New Century BMW for service the last 3 years and have had a great experience every time. I make the drive from Glendora to Alhambra because I know I will not my car is in great hands here. On my recent visit, Anderson was professional, communicative, and thorough from start to finish. Always had good experiences coming here for service and parts. The techs know exactly what’s up with these cars and have a lot of talent with keeping the work clean and identifying the real issues. I’ve taken my M235i here and M2 a few times, I really trust their work. Gary and the staff are really helpful and friendly and I’d be glad to come back for everything my cars need in the future.

I assume the service is cool with the vehicle but my service rep Eddie was not the most pleasant to work with when I explained an issue with my vehicle after I’ve received it back and I’ve never had this issue before. He just said there was nothing that could be done besides paying for a new battery to make the screen messaging disappear where I was just asking. Can you come at least look at it so we can see what’s going on but he just kept saying there’s nothing that could be done now after I got back in the car after talking with Eddie it all went away and everything has been working fine. Please do a better job with training employees like Eddie to go ahead and at least walk to the vehicle with the Client to show them why this error won’t go away I’ve never had that experience before. This is the first time I’ve been coming here for years just I never wanna work with Eddie again.

Tire bursted shortly after I drove off after service, in which they “adjusted my tire pressure to optimal value.” In effect they pumped my tire up way too much. I sent a private message and no one responded.
