One of the best O'Reilly shops in LA, thank you for all the parts I used to buy for my KIA before it got KIA'd itself lmfaoooo but yeah the dudes here are the homies they're all chill and very knowledgeable and I appreciate them. Had to get one of my car’s headlights replaced. The team at the store was friendly and kind, and after finding the right bulb even went out to my car with me and replaced it on the spot! Quick and easy! Great service!

AMAZING service by Fernando!!! He took the time to find my windshield wiper replacements even though they were a little difficult to find and installed them for me and even threw away my old ones for me. He was so thorough, patient and so helpful with his process even though the store was very busy. I’m so grateful for his service because I do not have any clue what I’m doing when it comes to my car so thank you thank you to Fernando!! He’s awesome!
Very helpful service. Needed oil and funnel for a new generator. They helped me get the right products to test the generator and be ready for emergencies. Plenty of parking.
I am from Texas traveling, my check engine light came on the day before I was to drive back. I went in there to have it diagnosed. They were really busy and John said he could not leave the register. So I waited patiently out in my car. When I went back in it was empty but John was by himself. So I asked if I pulled the car up could he check it. He said yes and took care of it for me. It was nothing major, probably a gas cap. I made it home safely, and I want to thank him for his help.
Big autoparts store. They have had everything I've needed in-stock every time I've needed it. Even when I didn't even know what I needed! The staff is incredible, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience.
Customer service was great,
I have to ask one of the employees service members if they can pull up a code for my vehicle since the check engine light came on. They went out to the vehicle and used the OBD2 gadget and told me and tried to pin point the exact part and location that needed to be checked out to be replaced.
Boughht my oil there for my ae86. Personnel were mindful and courteous. Very helpful to elderly asian clients that have an English language barrier. Also has a Starbucks in the plaza and dim sum too.
I bought an LED lamp in the store today. Because I can't change it, I have to change it for Mr. Leslie in the store. Thank you very much. I will come to this store to buy other goods.

Dealer said battery needed immediate changing. Got two other opinions afterwards and they both said battery was good.
O'Reilly have always been my go-to shop for auto parts, but they have been short on selection of brands. Most are either not available or needed to be shipped from their warehouse. They will need to step up their game to compete with the online market for parts.
I just come here occasionally to buy some quick fixes so I can't comment too much on their merchandise. But I can say their staff are very helpful. This is my go to auto parts store.
Really nice over the top customer service. I believe they stayed past their closing hours as well (it seemed that way, but I never looked up the hours)..and not even a whisper of a complaint. Very refreshing! Will def be back.
Maybe there's certain policy for the returns but I found their customer service need to be improved since my last visit. Their battery test was faulty and failed to charge my still working car battery. They don't bother to check the camera record to confirm a purchase because I lost my recipe.
Good and knowledgeable sales people. Price may be a bit higher than other discount store. Bring your credit card. If you are in a hurry, you should pay with a credit or debit card. There are 4 terminals sharing one cash register, and they're all linked to one dot matrix printer to print your triplicate receipt. I felt like I was back in the early 90's!
