Got stuck in Firebaugh with a flat tire on a Sunday, called triple A and within 15 minutes I got a call saying a tow truck was on the way. Unfortunately because it was a Sunday most tires shops locally were not open and I ended up needing to be towed to Bakersfield far out of the way from where this company was located but they still got me all the way there and were extremely professional and careful with my car!

I cannot tell you how grateful i am for the EXCELLENT service I received today, twice, by the tow driver, John?, and then the service tech, Hector. Both were courteous, professional, and personable. I have had other tow companies over the years and NONE were as good as these fine young men. They were the brightest spots in a very difficult day. And, I will pay it forward.
Car broke down on a holiday drive home and needed a 150 mile tow. Jones Towing took the call through AAA. Marcos was friendly and a wonderful driver. Very thankful for the ride home for me, and my kids, and my car.

I requested a towing and tire removal there incompetent drivers came snapped my lug nuts and left the job I had to reach out Cristian then sent another driver that confirms the damage to my truck , they refused to pay for the damages and have no got back to to me , there is a photo included of his driver breaking my lug nuts .
I had an excellent experience with this tow company. They arrived in less than 30 minutes, which was incredibly fast, especially considering I was on base. Ryan was the one who came to tow my truck, and he was very professional, courteous, and very efficient. He made the whole situation much less stressful and handled everything smoothly. It’s hard to find reliable service that quick. Highly recommend!

Was headed to British Columbia from Phoenix and had a wheel bearing come unseated about 10 minutes before the Firebaugh exit off the I-5. AAA dispatched Jones Towing and the driver, Christian, was in touch with me to let me know he was on the way. Friendly, professional, and got my Yukon loaded like he had done it thousand times. Secured the vehicle, dropped it off for me at the mechanic and sent me a photo from the mechanic to show it was right where it was supposed to be. Highly recommended to call them if you don't have AAA (AAA will likely already be using them!). Thanks again Christian.

What began as simple jump start, turned out to be a burnt fusible link-wire to the starter.
David was knowledgeable, and had the patience to see the repair through. I made my destination safe and sound after getting a temporary fix.

I had a dead battery & requested help through AAA. I was told it would take an hour for someone to get to me. But within 10 minutes David showed up in his tow truck. He was very friendly, helpful, patient (especially because I am a senior citizen) & efficient. He determined my battery was very dead & he installed a new one for me. He even helped me reinstall my security code because I had no idea what to enter. It only took a short time before I was on the road again. Thank you, David! I really appreciated your service!

My sister & I were on our way to Hanford when her car broke down driving through a back road. Kevin from Jones Towing took the service call & was a total blessing. We had been waiting for 2 hrs after we called AAA. We had initially called for a battery issue but it turned out it wasn't & it had to be towed instead which meant we had to call AAA back & ask for a tow service this time. Kevin had to leave to his next service call but didn't get far because he called in & turned back to take our tow request too. He said he couldn't out of good conscience leave us out there alone again when we already waited 2 hrs. Kevin saved the day for us & went above & beyond to help us. Thanks again Kevin. My husband and I were on our way back home when we blew a tire. We called AAA and the first guy they sent out left us there, with no assistance. We called AAA again and they sent out Mike with Jones Towing. Him and his buddy helped us with the proper tools. We had been sitting there for hours. A HUGE THANK YOU to MIKE and his buddy. Never use this towing service. Very unprofessional. I called for a tow they arrived over two hours later. It was extremely hot and the drivers voice tone was aggressive as soon as I walked up. He had already checked out my car and told me he can't tow me because my tags where expired via AAA. I called AAA, they said usually drivers don't care about something that is so minor but that was their policy. The driver started assisting some other lady and said he was going to follow her to the gas station and would be right back leaving me waiting in the hot car and he knew he wasn't coming back. This was so unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!!

Nate was my Towing Super Man! He worked his magic removing my car from a difficult spot, he was so cautious and considerate of my car. He didn't cause it any damage because he was so skilled at his job. Even if he would have scratched it I wouldn't have blamed him considering the circumstances. Then to top it all off his refreshing and professional customer service turned my bad situation into a nice experience. If anyone ever needs a tow please ask for Nate at Jones Towing. Dispatch provided me with HORRIBLE customer service for the second time. The first time I assumed she was having a Bad day but I guess that's just her personality. Dispatch placed me on hold for 5 minutes after expressing her frustration because of apparent phone reception. I couldn't afford to wait any longer so I hung up and called another towing company (Pacific Towing). Unlike Jones towing, I experienced friendly service from dispatch and immediate response. 1/2 Star service for Jones Towing.
