This store allows inexperienced employees work here. This employee told me there’s no such thing as a transmission tunnel, I’m from out of town and having my transmission oil changed. This employee gave me the all purpose kind after looking up my vehicle to ensure compatibility . Now after the store was already closed I’m being told that is for GM vehicles and I have a Honda , so not compatible, and I’m stuck here overnight since I don’t have any transmission fluid … thank you AUTO ZONE for your reliability and expertise …
I was stranded outside and the workers were immediately friendly and wanted to help. I really was embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and helped me as much as possible. Lance was the worker that helped me he was excellent. Thank you and keep up the work!
Staff is very helpful! Got the parts that I needed, fast and efficient service. Did want to give credit to the Manager Juan for helping me out with finding the correct parts for my car. 👍🏽

Went in for a battery and they told me they only have one battery for $199. Went online and it had 2 other batteries at a cheaper price. I had my wife call and they confirmed they had the other batteries. Not good for business to up sale to your customers cant wait for O'Reilly to come to town. Bye bye Autozone with your shady practices.

Best product you say. I bought motor mounts and when I put them on the problem was worse so I ended up taking car to dealership and they ask me where did I purchase these motor mounts. I said Autozone and they said they sold me used product so I got the mounts from the dealership and problem solved. And to top everything off I had to argue back and forth just to get a refund. So you can miss me with that nonsense, best product best customer service

I rated the auto zone store in visalia one that has little to do with helping the customer a little bit. When i took a battery for my friend that is a female; the guy almost did not want to take n trade the battery although i had her cell number. Then he gave me a battery that was on the shelf for 1 year n is now burned up. I or my girlfriend will never buy a battery from them.
The people are very freidly and realy try there best but i just wish sometimes they had a little more experience with vehicle's and equipment they could use alittle more help from higher up management and not be afraid to call them after hours because getting in trouble or? But like i said they try there best. 7777
