I went to buy some motor oil ?️, and other parts I needed for my truck. I was very happy Nick's was very helpful, he explained everything that I needed. Needless to say I bought everything I needed. I wish all the staff had that kind of knowledge ? and Customer Skills.
3rd time in 2 months I’ve stopped by this store during their posted hours and it’s locked and closed.
I thought maybe google had the wrong hours for Saturday and Sunday, but nope. The hours on google are the same on the door.
Is there a staffing problem?
I know more than a dozen locals here in Corcoran that have applied and never got a response.
Terrible experience! I’d put 0 stars if I could. Helped by the employee Deztony and she was extremely rude and had so much attitude! Definitely not coming back
I recommend this store 10/10! Bilingual staff , friendly and very knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent and helped me quickly to resolve my problem.
Don’t hesitate to go in and get helped .
They definitely have awesome staff members working here they actually are pretty knowledgeable unlike most of the auto stores I have been to give them a shot and see if they can help you out they have a good selection a very clean store and the AC is always running!
Racist !! Poor customer service. Lied that they didn’t have money in drawer when I seen them just have a customer give them 400$ and I believe it’s because they didn’t trust my boyfriend who happens to be black. Went to another o reileys no problem. This store sucks.
Poor customer service, I needed a part for my vehicle and the guy just stood there sitting down and said we don’t have it without even checking. Better experience at Autozone, at least they put effort to look up the parts.
These guys are great they have all types of touch up and paint for your car if u call napa they send u to a paint factory for cars thet is expensive auto zone can't help u most of the time either....O'Reilly looked up paint for my year vehicle and sold me everything for under 20 bucks oh yeah
