The employees there are the best! Especially, Steven who helped me replace my wipers with ease. Defiantly need more people like him to help you get the job done!
Taft AutoZone is my go-to spot for car parts and supplies. The store is always well-stocked, and I’ve always gotten help when I needed it from the friendly staff. They make the whole process easy and reliable, which is why I prefer AutoZone over the other stores.
It never fails every time I come to AutoZone I get overwhelmed just like anyone els. The AutoZone in Taft is the best. As soon as I walk in I get welcome and helped with no hesitation. Juan and Sarah make a great team and very helpful with parts and knowledge. They both most definitely deserve a raise. Thank you

Went inside to be greeted by a wo derful atmosphere and was helped by Elsa, she was an amazing help when it came to looking for an oil change alongside some spark plugs, will go again for whatever I need!!

My car wasn't starting and running as smooth as it usually does so I took it to auto zone in Taft to have my battery checked. The young tech checked my battery and it turned out I needed a new battery. I was in and out with a new battery within 20 minutes. Great quick friendly inexpensive service!! Thank you Auto zone!!

Manager by the name of Mike wouldn't take our waste oil because our container which is +4 years old was the same one they sold and then accused my wife of stealing it and wouldn't help her.. she laughed it off but truly terrible of a manager to treat customers that way but apparently he dose that alot apparently to the Hispanic community as I herd ... To bad can't give a 0 star rating but O'Reilly's it is from now on. Save your time and money

The AutoZone in Taft California has great customer service Sarah and Des were great I did not know what part I needed what size I needed Sarah went and got it for me she smiled all the way she was really a great help Des put the wipers on my car she came out and her and the gentleman working there got them on my car they worked very hard at doing that i give them 100% customer service thank you Sara and Des for your help
They keep doing it!!! People working there are very good at customer service, but the big mistake and something that really pisses the customer is that you and 10 more customers can be in the store on the lane....but if they have a phone call they give priority to that call, making you wait all the time the person on th call have questions,doubts,or simply asking for prices , incredible but truth.
I really appreciate the visit, to day so much thanks to sales associate Steve. Letting me bring my bike into the store.

Recently called in and Emily was the associate who helped me! She kindly greeted me over the phone and answered all the questions I had, as well as checking stock on hand about the products I was wanting to purchase!
Real helpful people! The guy was able to help me find the part I was looking for. Real friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing.
And all that I said above is true. But the part wasn't in stock, so they refunded me and I went for help at another parts store. Still great service.
Waited in line for a while to check out. They had multiple lines going and the 2 checkers were bouncing between multiple registers. Nobody knew which line to go in. When I came back shortly after to return the product that was wrong I waited again for a while as the apparent manager on duty took her sweet time helping us while she chomped on some peanuts at the register. This isnt the first time myself and others have had poor experiences at this location.
