The Store Manager Janix, great guy! Knows how to take care of his customers. Came in needing a couple lift supports and even offered to change them out. Came in feeling a little stressed but ended up leaving happy! Looking forward for the next visit. Thank you again!
The store manager Janix is a spectacular sales employee. He was able to change/install a part the we needed for our car. He let us know which items were necessary to purchase and if we wanted to fix other things as well. He went above and beyond with his service! 10/10 would come again.
Although Car Quest is my number one in town, this newest addition to Taft is great too. They’re helpful, willing, and their selection is awesome. Great auto parts store for sure. Their online catalog and vast supply that is available for same day pick up is exceptional.
Always helpful & explains what a code means (when they check it under your steering wheel) I'm just glad they took time to explain what all those car part words meant 😊
The best thing that ever happened to Taft is when they brought O’Reilly’s. I do a lot of business with them. They always have my parts, if they don’t, they will drive to get them and bring it to me. You couldn’t ask any better, they take care of me! And the staff is very professional and friendly, easy to talk to. Good job guys, keep it up.
