Dunn Right Auto is the best mechanic I have ever used. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about all makes and models, especially older cars and trucks. I’ve been very satisfied with his work. His rates are very reasonable and he does not add on extra work that’s not needed.
I had my car towed to Dunn Right after hours, parked it uphill so they could glide it in, slid my key under their door, they repaired it within a week or so, I paid by credit card, and picked it up after hours on my way through town. I've never done business with folks I've never met face-to-face before, but this experience was so good I just might make it a habit!
SO FIRSTLY I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE EVER! JEREMY WAS VERY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND FORWARD. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND WHAT HE RECOMMENDED. HE TOLD ME MY CAR WOULD BE FIXED IN ABOUT FOUR HRS. I GOT A CALL IN 2 HRS AND 11 MINS SAYING IT WAS DONEEEEE!!!!! IM ECSTATICCCCCC!!!!!! 20 STARSSS!!!!!
They took months to rebuild my engine and said it would take 4 days . I finally get it and it dies within 1 mile of there shop and I had to get it towed to there shop while the owner left me on the side of the road because he was on his way on vacation . Leaking oil my oil pressure went down to 10 and I freaked out and looked under and they put silicone to fix the leak that had a half a quart of oil on the road the first time I picked it up . Now a new mechanic took it apart to see the oil pickup ( pumps oil to top of the engine) was bent up so no oil can pump . They are not trustworthy and are shady
