Dillon is such a kind and helpful man. My friend and I got a blow out tire on the 99 freeway in a dangerous area. We were trying to figure out how to change our tire when Dillon, out of the goodness of his heart, just stopped to just help us. He completely changed our tire and also took the time to teach us how to do it. I was amazed at his generosity with his time and effort to help us. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and if I ever need a towing company, I will be calling his company because I know I can trust a business with an owner like that! Thank you Dillon for rescuing us!
He rescue us Sunday with in few hours I call him with reasonable price Really good service by him all updates on time he was he really professional with his work Most important part is he no loot us cuz with struck Sunday on road
I recommend this company for towing 100% i was broken down and stranded over night in five point between 5 and 99. I got this gentlemans number from my acquaintance. Within 30 minutes off the call he came for my recovery. It was very easy to make a deal with him with fair rates. Before call Valley I called other towing company they were charging me arm and leg. Which is why I recommend this business.
Horrible company they told me it would be two hours. Never showed up I call and it gives me three different numbers which they all forwarded my call. On top of never showing up I stood outside for 3 hours waiting in the middle of no where. If possible I would give no stars
This tow company is taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations. They charge outrageous fees and seem to prey on people who have no other options. Instead of offering fair and honest service, they overcharge, add hidden fee
Probably the best “needing a tow” situation I have ever been in. He is on time and got to work immediately as soon as he got to my location. He is so polite and professional.Very good service overall. He worked more then 10hours and have very very fair rates as compared to other tow services in valley.
