I visited O'Reilly on Saturday for a lightbulb for my car
Armando was the one to help me. He was very nice ,friendly and helped me find just what I needed! He had even offered to put the bulb in but my husband was already waiting in the car to do it. Really loved his customer service!
The staff here is great and it starts with the store manager, everyone is always ready to help and everyone seems to have automotive knowledge, the quality of the parts is great and their parts availability is outstanding. Enrique, Javier, JoseLuiz, Sam, Alondra, CeCe, Paul, And the rest of the crew is great, these names I mentioned are people I work with on a daily basis and are always going above and beyond for me and my team at our shop. They are my FIRSTCALL.
I realized the wipers were bad on my wife's Camry, so I went to this store for a replacement, also because they also advertise "free install." Asst. Manager Cece was quick to recommend a good pair for my vehicle, which I concurred with, and Joey was quick to install them. Problem fixed, all within no more than 18 minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon. Great service, thanks.
I went in last night to get some help and the gentleman who I can't remember his name at the moment helped me out with a wiring problem All I know is he drove a red vehicle. We talked about his car. Great customer service accurate and friendly thanks brotha 🤙🏾🤙🏾

Awesome customer service. They didn't have the exact radiator hose I needed in stock, but I was able to go and pick out one that I could cut to fit. On a different occasion this same store was able to help me find a custom sized belt for an AC delete based off of the belt length, and width I provided (something AutoZone's manager told me was impossible to look up)

David was awesome great place to be stuck at to get some help when everything else is closed! It didn’t fix our prob but at least we got the trailer gods enough to get a room for the night and to the service station the next day! They saved us for sure thanx guys!
Pedro give us the wrong part and we went back to get the right one.... When we got there, he started to talk bad about us on English with other coworker,
saying that it wasn't the original part the one that we were trying to return it... This happened cause when I was trying to put it on the truck don't fit cause was the wrong one and it got all oily and dirty. He said we change the original part just to justify himself of his big mistake with the people around the store.. He thought that we don't undertand English and he give us and aptitude trying to convince the other employee tha we change the original part... We experienced the worst service ever and it was racist they way we were treated by him.
Pedro was very helpful in explaining in detail the issue of the battery we took in. He gave us the undivided attention we needed. The store was very clean.

Purchased 2 cans of freon. When we tried to put it in, it didn't wanna work, after shaking the can for awhile it finally started working, then quit before car was full, couldn't get it working again and car still needed some, went to get some more freon at Walmart, can went in right away. When I returned the one unused can and the over half full can for refund and core charge, told the asst manager what happened, she didn't even blink, just went right on doing what she was doing. No , I'm sorry or anything. Horrible customer service, that's why I don't usually shop in selma.
I had an awesome experience. The associate came out tested my battery and tested my alternator. I was happy to realize that I only needed a new battery! They loaned me tools to install the new battery and he also changed the back windshield wiper for me. Super kind people.
I had the misfortune of having my light truck battery die on me Tuesday. I took the old battery to O'Reilly's in Selma and was helped by the manager immediately! He first tested the battery to see it could hold a charge. I didn't ask for this, but was glad he did so. As I expected, the battery was old and dead! Next he matched my old battery with two choices and I decided to stay with the battery of the same size as my old battery. Everything was handled expertly and the only shock was the price for the battery! I normally purchase car repair products at the Kingsburg O'Reilly, which I like, but I had the battery die at my work site in Selma. I am glad to know that both stores have helpful, knowledgeable employees!
Worst costumer service ever!!! Went in to get a simple part I didn’t know what it was called and asked the two kids that work there to come out and look at what the part was I needed and they wouldn’t and kept trying to find the part on the computer even after I asked them to come look at it 3 times, so I left and went to autozone and the girl that works there new what it was and she knew off the top of her head what it was cause it’s a doorman part that’s on the self I will be calling the manager Monday to complain about them. Don’t go there go to autozone that place is a joke!!!!!!

I went to the store in selma. I went to buy battery cables for my vehicle. They had plenty in stock and to choose from. People were nice and polite and friendly. Lines went nice and fast.
Any O’Reilly has better prices than autozone. The employees tend to be knowledgeable. The biggest issue is often part availability. The wait can be lengthy at times due to people asking a lot of stupid questions but that’s just part of the employees being helpful.
