Bryan and Eric came over and helped us get out of the mud when we were stuck without signal. They were courteous and kind, we felt safe with them. Exceptional service.
My daughter and I broke down off the five freeway in the middle of the night I called Gonzales towing And they got To us quickly got us hooked up and took us where we need to go. They were super friendly and professional and cut us a great deal to where other companies I called wanted to charge an arm and a leg to go 4 miles up the road to the local motel. Not to mention we were towing a 9 x 12 enclosed U-Haul trailer and they were able to get it hooked up and get me and my daughter safely to where we needed to go. I highly recommend Gonzalez towing before using anybody else out in this area.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience with this tow company! When our fifth wheel had a flat tire and needed additional repairs, Brian showed up incredibly fast and immediately went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also took the initiative to call around in search of the part we needed to repair our suspension. He truly cared about our situation and even followed up to make sure we were able to get back on the road the next day.

I went on the side of a muddy road on a rainy night and got super stuck in my loaded company truck was not going anywhere…. I googled tow near me and Gonzales Towing came up , called and he was super attentive and texted me So I can Share My exact location … Which was Very Helpful because I Had no Idea Of Dark Roads with Nothing but Fields Around … He Arrived As Promised Within 30 minutes and got me out … I was Back On The Hwy In No Time ! Gonzalez Towing came to the rescue when our wheel broke off of the hub on our 5th-wheel. Good Sams roadside service said they couldn't do anything for us. Bryan got a new hub in record time, installed it efficiently and quickly. His installer, Ivan, was fantastic!

A day before Christmas, its late at night and my car broke down in the middle of the freeway. I called CHP and they send Gonzalez Towing, they arrived sooner than expected. He performed a GREAT SERVICE! He even played baby music for my kids to calm down on our way to the gas station, and on top of that, he helped me turn my car back on. Awesome person, Friendly. do not trust this business. They told me the car had no issues they were selling and i specifically asked about certain issues they said “yes it all works” when none of it did. Traveled a long way and lost a lot of money. Definitely not trustworthy. I would not do any business here at Gonzalez tire and tow. You are WARNED!!!
Got 2 used tires one pop on freeway car almost flipped over ..call them And ask for a exchange or something..they said no cuz there use tires..and berly had 3 days with them..sold me some bad old tires they don't care ...be careful with this people ...bad experience...not recommend for use tires...Go somewhere else..
Gonzales Towing was an absolute god send. They were responsive even late into the night, they followed through on their commitments and did everything in their power to get me back on the road when I was stranded 700 miles from home. Especially after calling a bunch of tow companies as well as our insurance, we found out that they were unavailable to help us, Bryan from Gonzalez towing kindly came out to help us very quickly and even took us back home all the way in Sacramento safely. Horrible customer service, never did I hear from the tow company that I needed to get my vehicle out of their yard with in 30 days...absolutely not a trust worthy company I was in the hospital almost dead...for weeks I would think they would have been more lenient.
