I had to stop here since my car was leaking coolant pretty bad. The gentleman from AutoZone (guessing he is store manager) did everything he could to help me. He even lied down under the car engine to find the broken pipe and see if he could fix it enough for me to get to the mechanic shop. I really am grateful and thank to this gentleman for the help.
Staff is extremely knowledgeable and I was helped immediately! After having a bad experience at my local autozone in Fresno, I 10/10 recommend coming here! Very thankful for the manager for his help and getting us back on the road in no time.
This has by far been the most helpful autozone i have been to! The moment i walked in they were so quick to help me! The commercial manager was more than kind and helped me find my spark plugs i needed for my vehicle and even gave advice on how to take care of some minor things that werent working as well! I am beyond grateful for his help and hospitality. I will be returning to this location.
As a woman who doesn't know much about her car, I was so relieved when the commercial manager helped me today. He was able to help me understand what my car needed and what I needed to do to ensure my car stay running good. I will be back in the future and refer anybody to this store. I was very pleased with the knowledge he has about cars, his friendly manner and customer service. And customer service is hard to come by now a days, I'm so thankful I found a great store.

Went to get my check engine light checked out and was helped out with fast and friendly service. This store has always been a big help and had great service. The store manager Alba was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Alba!
Horrible customer service. Went to pickup an online order, one of the guys there right away was bothered of having to do his job and helping the only customer there. When I got home the product was defective, so I had to drive all the way back to the store, as I was waiting in line I could already here this same guy being rude to customers over the phone, when he called me up to be helped I explained it was defective and before I could even finish speaking he aggressively grabbed the product and slammed it on the floor and walked away. As he went to grab a replacement he was mumbling things under his breath. After he replaced my product I took it and decided to see if it even worked before leaving and to my luck, it didn’t. At this point, I decided I didn’t want anything to do with this place so I asked for a refund and just left, as I walked out this same guy was making sarcastic comments.
Great customer service, easy talk, they didn't try to force me into buying anything I didn't need to, and they fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes. I didn't lose the day. I definitely recommend this auto zone.
Went into the kingsburg store today at 4:50pm and the girl working at the register was really rude and not helpful what so ever! Don't think I'll be going back in there anytime soon what that type of service
They usually always have what I need and if they don’t have it they can get it. Although their Customer Service definitely needs some improvement but overall alright.

When I walked in I was greeted by Maira the manager in the front counter. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She checked the light that had turned on my dash. Sold me a sensor and filters my car needed. She offered to replace them for me in the parking lot. I’ll definitely keep coming here.
My father and I brought in two batteries, that were in a trailer, for over three years basically dormant for all that time.The guys at Auto Zone put the two of them, on the charger. Hours later we returned to find the bats were no good, not taking a charge...plan B...
Horrible customer service didn’t even try to help me at all. My headlights aren’t working and guy in there was like it could be a fuse but I can’t help you you’ll have to ask a mechanic. Will never come here again.
Rude. A man and women were working with absolutely no one else in the store other me and my fiancé. They didn’t greet us and woman looked annoyed that we asked if she can tell us what type of windshield wipers we needed for our vehicle and when asked if they can help us put it on she said they could try but it’s pretty basic. I called O’Reilly’s while at auto zone and it was night and day. The gentleman that answered was so nice when asked about helping us he confidently said yes. We left and as we walked into O’Reilly’s we were greeted the gentleman recalled the phone call and walked outside popped our windshield wipers on and was very nice. I will never go back to auto zone.
Best autozone around. Little smaller but the guys inside are super cool. Ill wait for them to get a part in before I go to the selma autozone those guys are super rude and have no knowledge of mechanics.

They charged a car battery for me at no cost. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I also bought an automotive water pump, and the auto part was fanatically new, without defect, and had a great price. Great service. They had the car cover I was looking for in stock and helped me get the radiator fluid and washer fluid I also needed. Called in ahead to make sure they had the car cover I needed and they set it aside for me.
Extremely helpful and nice. I didn't even end up buying anything and they helped me with my vehicle and gave me advice. They take the time to help you and they even seem like they want to. Definitely have the right people working here.
Very frustrating drove to selma to help my cousin. Ordered a part then they said it will not be here when they said, I called and said I will just get a refund and go to Fresno. The manager called back and said his employees messed up inventory they do have the part. Lol called back 2 minutes later saying they will have the part by 7, hopefully. I only go to autozone, from arizona to cali and this one is by far the worst.

Always shop at Auto Zone. Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. I'm a senior citizen and if I need to add oil to my vehicle the associate will do it for me. Thank You Auto Zone!
