I went there for some shock mounting bolts. I asked them a print out for my can and they had two matching. I got them for free. The cashier just said don't worry about it and waved me through. Free bolts winning!
Great selection dishonest employees and managers who do not honor website and posted prices.
Looked up prices on their website and found rocker arm 4.99 rocker arm assembly 40.99. Spent over 2 hours pulling a rocker arm assembly off (1 ) went to pay and the total was 98.33 I showed him the price he said "sorry that is wrong." This rocker arm assembly only has 4 rocker arms so I said I'll just take the 4 arms at 4.99 each. His reply "We don't sell them individually." Asked to speak to manager and he said same. Even though the website Clearly states different. I said nevermind I can buy it off the internet for that price. The took the assembly and tossed it in the scrap bin!! So instead of honoring the internet price and getting 20-30 bucks they scrapped it for .05 a pound.
Really cool place to find really cool things. Had a great time found what I was looking for they help out a lot if you need a map to what you're looking for they print one out for you. You can check inventory online or call and ask. Customer service is 10/10
Drove from Sacramento. 3 of the 4 trucks advertised in the yard from 2 or 3 months ago are not there..... wasted my gas and time plus $3.00 entry fee. Their excuse was they don't control the updates. So who does the paperwork once you remove a vehicle to UPDATE CUSTOMERS. False Advertising

OK, I have a mobile auto body repair service and go here quite often. Normally everybody’s pretty cool today. I went and forgot I had a little switch and a junk cluster in my bag upon checking out purchasing three seats for $220. Mind you the guy looks in my bag and Says I have to pay for my own items since they didn’t check my bag going in. I proceeded to tell them the instrument cluster is junk. I threw it in the garbage right in front of them. I told them to switch. I needed it to match up with a new one being that I had to go to I pull you pull Because Pick apart didn’t have my switch. The guy then tried to grab it out of my hand like literally muscle it from me which he could not he’s just big for nothing after he seen he couldn’t yank it from my hand. He actually wanted to fight now mind you the part if I was to buy, it is literally $20. I looked at him and told him if I really wanted to steal it don’t think I would’ve just put it in my pocket like really come on think about it, but you have to have a brain to think which they clearly do not very disappointed. I will not be going back they will not be getting any more of my business at all.
Went to get parts had a center cap off my vehicle in my bucket so the guy at counter outside told me to leave it on the table I said that's fine it was too hot after getting parts and paying for them I forgot my center cap until I got home which is 45 min away called them several times to tell them to save for me I'll pick it up tomorrow they said that they threw it away cause that's what they do he didn't even go check or anything just told me that they throw them away someone owes me a new center cap I think it's pick-n-pull

Went today to get a fan they tried charging me. 56 dollars! Insane prices. Keep in mind a new fan from rockauto is 30. And a new one from auto zone is 74. Might as well spend the extra 18 dollars and get a new guaranteed to work one. Especially since you don't have to pull it off yourself

Struts & Shocks, Suspension Bushings and lately an Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement!!! Save yourself $$$ & Time and visit Pick-A-Part on Muscat just dwn the Street. They have no Long Lines and will Negotiate Prices! I've bought two Nissan Xterra with no problems.
Im not bothering to come here any more. Between prices that are already steep for a junkyard, cashiers that are as pedantic as possible to gouge as money from you as possible, and the arbitrary 'environmental fees' it makes no sense to gamble on a used part.
On the subject of gambling, pricing always feel like im spinning a roulette wheel.
On multiple occasions now I've brought parts up figuring it was one price using the online price chart, only to be told it was almost double because the one part is actually multiple because the cashier deems it so ,even when the part is an assembly as described on the price list.
Buying a door panel? Better be prepared to pay for a windows switch, door handle, and lock button too.

They charge you for EVERYTHING! Got some wiper arms and they even charged me for the busted up wiper blades! Got some power steering components and even charged me for the busted hoses!!! And they charged a "core charge" on parts??? I thought the objective was to get rid of the parts not ask for a core charge because you didn't bring a part in to exchange. JUST ANOTHER WAY TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!!! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
Not that many good junkyards in the Fresno area but Pick N Pull is your safest bet. Although customer service can be iffy at times it is still better service than IPullUPull and Westside auto dismantlers , prices can be a little steep at times but at least their not overcharging on parts.
Bought a 2003 Jetta in 2009 $1,300 , still running in 2024 , great location sometimes better to buy new part because of prices , lately the wait to enter is 15 or 20 minutes to get in the workers don’t care at all , hard to tell if the like there job why stay lol
Picknpull staff are informational, keep me laughing, Sometimes the prices can be a a little expensive! But, They have deal days and a toolkit rewards program for members which is cool! Overall, I had a great experience . I will recommend to others
I feel like a kid in a candy store. When I go to Pick-N-Pull I went in for some caps for my coolant reservoir and came out with a whole reservoir because I forgot my tote bag. I am a female, and enjoy going to Pick-N-Pull with my mom. So many great parts for my car
I made multiple trips here to get the parts I needed to upgrade my Ford Focus ST sync 1 to sync 3. I found several wrecked Focuses and a Fusion and got the APIM, USB hub, wires, bracket and everything else I needed to make my project a reality. The prices were very reasonable. I even got a few extra parts that I can sell on eBay for a profit. Thanks everyone!
I am leaving this review because I called them to ask if they had what I needed in stocks. I called them 3 different times for 5 mins each and there was no answer. The 3rd time there was an answer and they put me on hold. When I was put on hold I heard background noises from the person that put me on hold and heard them laughing and having a conversation with their coworker. This lasted 5 mins and after they just hung up and I tried calling again and there was no answer. Please fix this management.
There entrance process is trash. Gotta wait in line 30 minutes just to get in and take a look. You have to sign a waiver on a tablet and 90% of the customers don’t read English and take forever to figure out how to fill out the waiver. They have 3 windows to charge people to come in but only 1 is ever open. Worst selfie serve junkyard in the Central Valley. If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had not just one, but three different experiences with pick-n-pull. All of which were not only a waste of time, but absolutely infuriating. They make you "schedule a time" to be picked up which ends up being a a 4hr time slot in which the driver *might* show up. With the most recent time using this business, I called 10 minutes after the time slot because I hadn't gotten a call. They told me that the driver would call me to let me know when they were on the way. They didn't. I called again to be told that "they would call me in 10 minutes". No surprises, they didn't. Called a 3rd time, reminding them my phone number. No call back. 3hrs past the "scheduled pick up time" and being told that the drivers are "behind schedule". They told me they could give me the drivers number to call them, so I asked them why they would answer me if they're not even answering the office. They hung up on me.
4hrs past pick up time they call me to say that they had been calling my fiancé's phone (after we had told them multiple times to call my number as the car was under my name). They said for some reason the multiple drivers had miscommunicated.
The other two experiences from previous years were very similar.
If you're going to a business, scheduling a time out of your day to wait around, you expect the business to be well within the FOUR HOUR time frame they give you. My suggestion would be to select a specific driver for each pick up time/location.
If y'all are looking to waste your entire day and possibly more, and also deal with the most inept service reps, Pick-N-Pull is the business for you.
They charged me more than the website's price guide started it would be for the part I pulled, then gave me a credit for the part I purchased because it was the wrong one. They told me to sell my credit to another customer if I wanted a refund. I had searched their inventory before going but they hadn't updated it and the one car that I could have gotten the correct part off of had already been sent to the crusher.
From the poor attitude of Kimberly to the long lines 30 minutes after opening, this place has always been a hassle to come to and find parts I need. Seems like Anthony and Johnathan aren’t doing a good job and maintaining standards from when I worked there. hopefully going forward, they make the $3 entrance worth it!
Bought a rear view mirror off a rambler, rear view mirrors are listed for 8.49 she say im charge 10 for these, close enough. Also had the fan blade from a blower motor, kotor is listed for 30.99, motor with fan is listed for 35.99, i just have the fan blade difference is 5 bucks i should be charged 5 bucks, instead she said she would charge fan blade without clutch- this would be a whole different part, for the radiator! I explained what she was talking about was a different part entirely but her attitude turned up to 100 and well i had to leave the plastic fan blade not wanting to be charged $15.99 for the wrong part. I just want to pay for the right part this is sad
Has a good selection of cars, but management here allows special customers to do whatever they want by allowing them to cut the frames and giving them a truck bed to put all their engines into. So if you plan to pick up an engine or transmission on the cheap good luck this special customer buys them here and sells them for triple what they are worth to the same people that are looking for that specific engine or transmission. I can’t believe they allow them to make cut the frames which is a big safety hazard to the other customers. You’re better off going to one of the other junk yards this customer has already been banned from. This has to be the worst Run pick n pull in all of California second only to the Oakland one. They need to hire or transfer some of the employees from the Merced store which have the best customer service of all the Pick n pulls I’ve been to. To recap there’s a lot of corruption and favoritism towards one customer. You can see in the pictures that they even bring out a truck bed for this one customer to put all of his Engines and Transmissions into. If you see An engine you want from the truck bed just take it out of the bed and purchase it. They have not been paid for and they can’t tell you nothing about it. This store needs a new Manager because it’s not being run correctly. Why does it always take half an hour just to get in to the yard. And why do they only have one tablet available at a time. Go to the Merced location, it’s smaller but they treat way better there.
To call this location of Pick-N-Pull just another “junkyard” would be a mistake.
PNP has upped its game! No more wasting time by wandering around looking for the car / truck / or van you need.
Now you can either go to their website and see if they have one in their yard And it will tell you the location where it is. Or - you can ask at the entrance and they will print you a location tag and give you a map to help you

Besides the cranky tatted lady who was accepting the entry fee...(probably having a bad day) I like the way everything is organized. I really wanted the front fenders but it looks like the vehicle may have been mishandled possibly by the forklift driver.
I would put 0 but cant.. always have a bad experience.. I purchased a frame with suspension and steering, and they charged me for the frame and said the springs and steering box are not part of the suspension and steering components. Paid for springs separate and didn't even take the steer ing box.. upon talking to the manager he said it's not in the picture so its not included but gave me 10% off.. never gonna be going back and WILL NEVER EVER SEND ANYONE THERE.. also prices are almost market value.. So never will go and I advise others not to go because they need better management and updated information.. I even asked several auto parts places and all of them said it should have been included..
I absolutely love this Pick-n-Pull. Their cars are organized, searchable by inventory, and as a bonus, you can buy builder vehicles, batteries, and tires that have already been pulled for you.
Double bonus: there is a TACO TRUCK and someone selling aguas frescas!!
