I had a flat on my Tesla recently, I called other tow companies and they gave me ridiculous quotes and wait times. I called Hero towing and the price was good and they promptly sent Angel, he arrived fast to my location and he got my car towed in no time. I appreciate the fast tow specially since it was pouring that night and he got me home safe. When is need of tow do not hesitate to call hero towing.
Angel did not tell me the price until he arrived and when I asked for 2 seconds to pull up my AAA app to figure out coverage he escalated the situation in a very unprofessional way. He threatened to cancel the tow and force me to pay $50 for his time, even when I tried to explain my very stressful situation he cut me off and did not care. He then proceeded to drive the car up and down the ramp of the tow truck and into a parking spot, even when I told him I don't want the car to be turned on due to a fire risk with a large oil spill and white smoke coming from the engine bay. Way to make a bad situation worse.
I got an almost instant flat on HWY 4 before the port chicago exit - hardly any room once I pulled over - called them and they were there in about 20 minutes - took me to a repair shop and the damage was such that the tire couldn't be repaied - but they happened to have a replacement (new) tire to fit my Rivian truck. Fantastic towing service - I recomend calling them when you need help!

Hero Towing lives up to the name. The car got where it needed to be, when it needed to be there. Right before the dealer closed when it was down to the wire on long a holiday weekend. Angel gave me a time and arrived when he said he would, almost exactly to the minute. A+ 100% 10/10

I own a lowered Mercedes-Benz and when I got a flat tire at 2000 miles, which put my front spoiler very close to the ground, I called Mercedes’ Roadside Assistance.
The next 27 hours were very difficult because 9 tow truck companies that were assigned to help never showed up. In addition, each company said they didn’t show up because “I canceled”.
The 10th company was Hero towing, and the driver Angel was amazing!!! He was patient, creative and figured out a way to get my car on his truck without causing any damage.
When he dropped my car off at the dealership, he took photos and sent them to me so I knew it had arrived safely!!!

Angel the tow driver was Amazing . He was onsite 15 minutes and he took me to get my tires fixed because my spare was damaged . Great company great service !

My box truck failed in the middle of the street and it was hard to find a company to tow it, no one wanted to take it until I found East Bay Towing, He came on time and he didn’t complain about anything, he took my truck very carefully and made the whole move very easy and efficient ! His truck is perfect and new for any kind of car that needs to be towed, I would absolutely hire him again ! If you need to resolve your problem don’t waste your time looking for other companies, East Bay Towing is the fastest and best service in the Bay Area !
My 85 year old Mother's brand new Honda Accord wouldn't start after sitting unused for a month. Angel came out very quickly and had it running in record time, and was very kind to my Mother. Five stars for East Bay towing. Honda gets zero stars.
