Super nice. Super helpful. Went in expecting to just buy a headlight bulb for my car and have it sitting around til I could find time to YouTube how to replace it. I ended up learning a lot about all the different headlight bulb options and feeling like I made an informed decision. The nice gentleman who was helping me also went out and replaced the bulbs for me free of charge!

Phenomenal customer service by Savit and Deo, whilst protecting the brand and inventory which is well understood in the economy and area. Diagnostic procedure aside I do not want to make this post excessively long. They were able to work with me and warranty a defective part for another that works after verifying the diagnostic process used. Will be back.

I came in to get some new front and rear windshield wipers and I was helped by Nelson at the front desk today. He helped me find some in my budget and he even went the extra mile by installing them for me and suggesting I get some windshield wiper fluid because I was low. There's a reason why I always come to this location. Thanks O'Reilly's!

It is important to shop around if you are purchasing item. See, if It has a better deal at autozone or Amazon. I've found recently beat. O'reilly by 50%. Don't tell anybody it will be our secret.

When you walk in. There’s no sense of good service. They assume I know about cars/parts before they even help. Went three times to check for a light bulb and coolant fluid. The first time, the guy offered to help another customer with their light bulb, then when I asked for help, he said they aren’t allowed to touch the vehicle. Which is fine, then help everyone, not just some people. Seems like the guy already knew the customer prior. The last visit. I told the cashier if I can provide my license plate number, so I can get the right coolant. He said he didn’t need it and went off a list. I told him what the label said and that the coolant is orange. He went on to saying the bottle he gave me is orange. Got home and the fluid is clear. They either need some kind of training or new people, because their service is not like other orileys I’ve been to.

Great location for me, right in between the biggest Ace hardware and grocery outlet. The place is kept clean and I have never had to wait in line. Ample parking as well.

Mr. Singh was such a pleasant Surprise with excellent customer service u never see that anymore anywhere. He helped me over the phone so that I didn’t have to do unwanted shopping meaning taking and seeing if their inventory so when I got there, he had everything ready and he even help me put everything on the cart because the brakes and stuff were heavy bravo, Mr. Singh

I was here today to get my breaks replaced and they told me they didn’t have them and in that case they would replace with what was available. But the Indian guy had an attitude and said they couldn’t help me. I had to take Uber to San Pablo and they replaced them with no issues. The Indian guy just wanted me to buy new ones. DON’T BUY FROM this store in pinole go to a different store.

Excellent customer service. Johnie went above and beyond. Replaced my battery, made sure the cables were clean, tested my alternator. This will be my go to store moving forward.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed a new car battery, the person who helped me actually came out to my car that I had to leave running for fear it would stall again. He took out old dying battery and replaced with brand new one and I was on my way! Great service 👏

The staff was polite but only somewhat helpful. One guy recommended a bad solution to a problem I had but I found alternative products at the store which fit my needs well. I have purchased many parts there for my BMW and had no issues with any of them. Everything has been installed and ran through the bay area ringer.

The employees are really nice and they know what there talking about and if they didn't know the answer to your question they will get you the answer also they do not charge you for bringing up a diagram of your vehicle to help you locate the part on your vehicle so you can fix it I love oReillys automotive thank you for your help It is a blessing for having them considering when your a woman with no man right now to help and I have to fix it my self They are very knowledgeable Thank you

The younger staff are not so knowledgeable and they're quite rude to boot...... The older gentleman there knew exactly what I needed and hooked me up fast. He was also very friendly!

I've always had a great experience at this O'Reilly's location. More than one employee has gone out of their way to help with my car issues and I've learned really helpful information about my vehicle from Johnny in particular. A great local resource.

I must say in a world where customer service is not always the best the staff at this store was so helpful. Sherry was fantastic at helping me find the part I needed. I honestly thought I was going to be stranded. I needed a radiator that had exploded on the freeway 1/2 mile from this store. They did not have this part in their store but others nearby had it in stock. Karma (parts runner) was in the store and offered to get it for me. I was very surprised and extremely pleased at the level of care they put into making my experience the best it could be. End result I replaced the radiator and was able to get back on the road. Thank you guys

This is the 2nd different time I've had this happen at the store and it is with the same worker. I called, asked if they had the part. Was told yes and that they would set it aside. I went to go get the part, the worker I dealt with was not there. No one could find the part and they said they had the cheaper one but not the one I wanted.

I had a long day...I needed new windshield wipers since I had my windshield wipers stolen from my car(who does that?!?!) went in to purchase some new ones. I was pleasantly surprised to find friendly service, Alicia was super helpful and even showed me how to install them myself. Thank you ❤

The manager there is very rude and not very helpful. It’s an Indian guy I went into the store and I had a return in which I purchased items with cash. The manager refused to give me cash back he said his store did not have any change because they had just opened, or I could come back later. I decided to come back later , and he refused to give me a refund in the same form of purchase. I accepted credit to my credit card account, however I should have been given cash because I paid with cash and was told to come back later. I went back later and the cashier a young lady said the store now has money available, but the manager refuse to give me cash 😟!!! I will not patron this store anymore!!!
