O'Reilly should get new employees. The younger generation are rude as hell. I went in to go get oil and they said something under their breath. I didn't quite hear them and they start laughing. As im walking to the counter to pay they look at be and head to the back. I was standing there for 5min before the mechanic came out asking if I've helped I said no and he starts whistling for someone to come out and help me but no one comes out. I leave oil on the counter go and start my car then the employees both walk outside to smoke a cigarette. I didn't even bother saying anything to them.
Bought a battery connector and a battery post cleaner and ask the person can I borrow some tools so I can swap out the old parts that my car is outside in front of the store door. To make it worse it was raining. I couldn't start my car. The negative connector had corrosion making my car hard to start.
So because the customer service was that bad I rather go spend money elsewhere like autozone... I'm a big spender and prefer O'Reilly as my top choice not no more..

O o o o o o o o o O'Reilly's sucks. No matter which one I went to it always seemed like getting help with an inconvenience. And rarely did I ever get the right part. Save your time go to AutoZone instead
Well stocked and friendly helpful personnel. They allowed me to remove a sunshade from the store without paying so I could check it for size. Only place I found that carries the "Standard" size . "Universal" is about 4" too tall. Neither Walmart nor AutoZone seems to carry standard sizes anymore.
The atmosphere in the store is kind of dim and uninviting, but the guy who helped me figure out my windshield wiper blade situation was SUPER friendly, and he was so nice he even put the new wiper blades on for me in the rain!
