I’ll change this review later but for now I am hoping someone whom works here sees this. Who ever is driving the silver monuments car around Concord is a danger to everyone. They speed and run red lights. Tell your employees to slow down before they kill someone.

Very bad service. They gave me a part that didn't work in the car, and when I tried to replace it, they wouldn't do it. Bad service.

Monument Car Parts has stuff mechanics need that "the other guys" may not regularly stock. If some other parts store tells you they can "get it on special order in a few days," check with Monument before you take that offer.

Went looking for some windshield blades, and since I wasn't sure what I needed the associates there were super helpful finding them for me. And for a great price! Much appreciated!!

Hi, the experience was great as usaual, the guys there are awesome, always there to help and they know their stuff. They've been in business since 1965, that should tell you something. The prices are just a tad higher than most Auto Parts stores, and it's well worth it because of the quality of their parts. In the 30 years I've been going there I only received the wrong part one time. You've got to check this Parts Store out, you'll have a good experience. Take care, T.R.Gretler

This place has everything for your car. If you don't see it, ask cuz this place is huge! Very good knowledge and friendly staff! And very competitive prices. I've found usually lower or equal to hug box stores.

Hello i had the worst experience trying to return a part at this store, first i was ofended an employee told me that the part they sold me was used that i switched it,wich i didnt do that i recieved it from the store as it was, so finally after 40 mints there, it was their part of poor quality of course not used.

These guys are AMAZING! Went beyond to help me find a rare mega fuse and I just can't be more thankful! Even bench tested the one I brought in without me asking.I mean WOW!!! Haven't had a better experience THANK YOU MONUMENT you are appreciated ??

Great help and knowledge staff. I'm changing the rear brakes on my Ford Transit connect and they had everything I needed including the tool to help with the rear brakes specifically. It's not your typical depressor and they had it in stock. Super helpful.

I usually frequent a competitor's store but they did not have the rack and pinion I needed. I called Monument Auto parts and the associate physically checked for the R and P and put it on hold for me. I arrived at the store and was greeted upon entry. The store was clean, and all the employees were engaging with other customers. I purchased my parts and the associates even helped carry my items to my car. Thank you for going above and beyond, you have earned a customer for life. Overall, I give this establishment 5 ? Keep up the great work.

This is by far my go to store when I need to fix my car. They have had the parts that I needed except for one time; the only reason was that it was a dealer only part. Who knew? These guys also tend to take their time with you to make sure that you do in fact leave the store with the right thing. I also think that the prices are pretty decent, at least for what I need.

If you like to fix your own cars then this is the place to get your parts. They have a huge selection covering many brands and years at competive prices. Also the staff is very knowledgeable compared to other chain stores.

These guys were zero help over the phone, they didn’t seem to want to work so they just acted like they didn’t know what to do. & FYI, Just because I’m a chick doesn’t automatically mean I’m illiterate when it comes to vehicle repair. Ugh. If you’re shopping Monument Auto, the Concord location by Costco is MUCH more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s seriously a night and day difference.

My go to place to get high quality automotive parts at a reasonable price. They stock most every part that you might need to wait as a "special order" at the other auto parts stores. Plus, they are open on Sundays!

Top notch service I called in for a part a fuel pump and a sending unit for a very out of date truck a 1988 p3500 value van. I barely gave him any information and he rattled off exactly what I needed and how much and that they did indeed have it in stock. Don't waste your time anywhere else if you need a specific part and you need it to last and you need it to work the way it was intended to come get it here they don't mess around they get you exactly what you need

Always make a habit of going to this particular Monument Car Parts. Not a revolving door, when it comes to employees. Most are very knowledgeable, and those that are not, ask those who be do. Never been unhappy shopping this particular store ... ????

The difference between this place and the other places is this. Everyone here knows what your talking about and here at Monument Auto Parts they even know what they are talking about. They spent 20 mins on the phone with us trying to match up a bearing. And after asking us questions he was able to actually locate one. They actually do work here to help you. They don't just look in a computer catalog and say nope or yep. They understand that sometimes the same part has 3 different names. People who work here are always nice no matter how many stupid questions you have. I don't know where they find all these knowledgeable people. But keep up the great work. Go here you will be happy you did.

I go to both local locations, and they're both awesome. The folks here know their stuff, they almost always have what I need in stock, and if they don't it generally only takes until next day. The prices on most of the parts I buy seem to match pretty well what I can find online. Skip the trip to autozone or oreillys, monument should be your go to(imagine those places, except the employees actually know about cars).

Be careful with this place. There are exceptions to the return policy on some items and they may or may not explain that to you. I'm now out of $140 for an unused, unopened item and they did absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issue. Not a store credit or anything. Anyone can do better than that.

First time going to a monument car parts store and I regret not coming sooner. The quality of aftermarket parts they carry are better then what you get at autozone. Nice friendly staff, decent prices with parts that are not like going to harbor freight

Great customer service!! Josh is the man! He helped me understand the service bulletin that I got from Nissan and was able to find a part an solution to fix my truck! I have never had such good service at an auto parts store! Top notch!

Super nice and knowledgeable staff! They've had everything I've needed in stock and available when I walk up to the counter! As a woman who likes to do repairs and mods herself this is really important to me! This is an independent auto parts store not a national chain. I won't be going to any of the national chain stores anymore. ????

I had been to three other parts stores closer to my house trying to find u joints for my truck. All of them could not get a proper match. A very patient guy at Monument counter looked through everything in his computer, still no luck on match. He looked at the old u-joint I brought in... Cross referenced the number by going to web site on his personal phone and found his manufacturer number finding it IN STOCK on his shelf... Why go anywhere else. I'll always make the extra drive and come here.

Knowledgable staff. Friendly and helpful. Got some brake rotors and one was machined incorrectly when my mechanic was installing it. I brought it back with no packaging and no receipt and was in and out with the new one in 5 minutes. Parts were cheaper than the discount store down the street also.

This place is awesome. Was on a road trip and had some minor car trouble. Called ahead to make sure they had want I needed and reached Patrick, who was exceptionally helpful. He set me up with just what I needed, including some advice and guidance and I was on my way on no time.
