Ill start with the good the tow truck driver and owner were amazing people and worked with me and im super grateful for them as they helped me out alot. They got my car home to antioch from martinez and went above and beyond to help.
My only negative part of this experience was the lack of work put in on the dispatchers end. If i were this company id just fire this person as they are incapable of doing the job correctly She relayed 0 information to my driver and or tow company which i dont even understand seeing as this is the entire purpose of their job.
I was in a very dark, bad area late at night and needed a rescue. My car broke down so looked for a 24hr tow service. I called Towing Legend and they reassured my safety and showed up within 20 minutes. Tom was very helpful! Thank you very much!
Called for a tow, ugh, these people asked the basics and finally for a credit card to confirm. 5mins later, the secretary sent out my concern and 30mins later the tow driver called to confirm my location. It was smooth sailing compared to my insurance company, who I’ll be firing in the next couple of days. Thank you Legend!
I needed a tow. I thought calling a local tow company to tow three blocks, less than a mile would work out just fine. I called these fine folks up and they said half an hour to forty five minutes. Perfect. Three hours later after many phone calls when the driver was "almost there" they finally arrived. Tow took ten minutes and they charged me 40 dollars more than they quoted me. Stay away from this service.
These guys are amazing! they got me from the side of the road. Driver was super nice. They towed me to a local shop who fixed my car. Very happy with this towing company.
Speedy service! The price was a bit too high compared to the other company I called, but they promised to arrive fast and they did, so it was worth it…
Spent a terrible 90 minutes on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night after being quoted a 45 minute arrival time. Not only did the driver never show, but the company stopped taking calls, which meant I had no idea when to expect them... or even if. Eventually had to give up and call another company, accepting a cancellation fee nearly the price I would have paid for the tow. Give this company and their predatory “services” a pass.
I lost my car keys in the mall so I called Towing Legend. They came quickly, broke into my car WITH NO DAMAGE and made me a new key. Very efficient service. Highly recommended!
Called for a tow. Was told someone was close by and to expect a call. No one called so I called back after 30 minutes. Was told they were at a job and would be here in 20-30 minutes. No one showed up so I called back after 40 minutes and cancelled. Went with another company.
Jimmy the life saver was really great! Fast service and for the right price! Even gave me tips on how to preserve the life of my tires. Really cool guy! I'd recommend him to anyone in need of roadside service! Thanks jimmy! You're a life saver! Literally!
Jim is a life saving man. I was at work and rubbed out of gas. I'm not going to say who I work for, but I had no assistance from them, but Jim came and in a matter of minutes I was back on the road and back to work. Thank you Jimmy
My car broke down on my way to work, so I called a towing company. The tow truck driver, Meyer, came to the scene very quickly to assist me. He assessed the situation and thoroughly explained to me how he was going to tow my car to the shop. It is very nerve wracking when your car breaks down, so I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism that day. The Towing Legend is the Bomb!!
