Thank you Richard! My daughter was stranded in Pleasant Hill on a Sunday and he was able to pick the car up and hold it over night and get it back to Sacramento the next day. All at a very reasonable rate!

This company is wonderful. The owner of the company Richard is super helpful and sent someone out immediately to help me and my little girl who were broken down on the side of the road. He was patient with me and his driver arrived within a short amount of time. He was really nice and the whole experience was as pleasant as it can be given the circumstances. I can’t recommend them enough! Hopefully I don’t need a tow truck company in the near future, but if I did I wouldn’t call anyone else.
My daughter got stuck in Brentwood California. And her 35-foot RV. Richard ship with a Sierra towing came out and told her back to Sacramento from Brentwood. Even have to disconnect and reconnect the driveline To tow it. He was nice respectfuland did a great job on getting to where we needed to be highly recommend them if you're ever in that area. Once again thank you so much Richard for taking care of my family and doing a great job.

Terrible Office Representative.
I called and asked if my vehicle had been towed by them and the lady on the phone was very sort with me and not very helpful, she actually hung up on me mid sentence. She asked me where i parked it and i said it was a crash in Martinez. She said "if you parked it in Martinez we would not have picked it up" and hung up on me. I felt shut up, and i,ve worked in admin and that's not a good way to treat customers.
5 Stars for the people actually towing doing the towing.
1 Star for the admin representative.

Today I called my Insurance and they sent out a tow truck , They couldn’t do it or were too afraid to attempt to pull our truck rather they wouldn’t do it . out of a ditch on a dirt road .. where we live .. our neighbor called AAA their insurance and they couldn’t do it .. I’m from Martinez I should have stuck with someone local this tow company is amazing , professional , personable, If I could a gave them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a call from my driver at 12:30am that our truck had broken down. I called several places that either wanted way too much or wouldn't tow until after 8:00am. I called Ace Sierra Towing who quoted me less and recommended a repair shop to drop our truck at. The driver dropped our truck at a repair shop and drove my driver to his hotel. I would highly recommend Ace Sierra Towing to anyone! They even picked up my driver and took him back to the repair shop twice from his hotel.
