I went to this location this morning in the pouring rain. Needed windshield wiper blades. Took the recommendation from the salesman. Then can time to ask for assistance putting them on my car. Initially I was informed yes, them the manager said “no” it was raining “Dah “ and they had too many customers. I waited to ask the manager if I could possibly be assisted. She looked at a gentleman who asked what I needed. She said “ oh she wants us to put her wiper blades on” without any hesitation, Tyler( who I learned was a GM) walked to the back of the store, grabbed his raincoat and proceeded to assist me. I was so grateful. He never hesitated although it was pouring rain. I have been a long time customer of O’Rileys. From San Diego to the Bay. The service I received today was epic. Despite the store being busier than I anticipated, the service team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was pleased to find a great deal on a new battery and appreciated the option to return my old one for a small refund, even though I hadn't originally purchased it there.

Brenda and Oscar were so friendly and helpful! They took the time to install a headlight on my vehicle and checked to make sure everything was working before I drove away. Great customer service :)
This location is very unprofessional especially the manager she likes to start arguments with customers and get in customers business that has had nothing to do with her.I wish I can give zero stars
They never have anyone available to change your car battery even though it is a service they offer. Sometimes I see 3-4 employees there but they say they are still short staffed and not allowed to go outside.
I called this morning because I had a job I needed to get to that required my jackhammer. I noticed it was out of oil. I searched online for a place around my neighborhood, which carried a certain type of hydraulic fluid. I had called several places with no luck, until I got ahold of Lucio on the phone. He was happy to look it up on his computer, then was nice enough to actually check to see if it was on the shelf. I asked if he could bring it up to the register and hold it for me because I was on the way to work. True to his word, when I came in it was behind the counter. I just want to thank him and let everyone know what a great employee this place has working for them. If you need help he is the man to see. Keep up the good work!!!
Reasonable price. They have many parts available. You can order over the phone and pick up Curbside. You can return it if you don't want that or you bought it by mistake.
Calling in the night & talking with a friendly manager who let me know it would be no trouble switching out a battery for a car that barely made it there walking in I get greeted by a passive rep named Luis. Working with the other associate who was pleasant I ask if they can help (per our conversation the evening before) as I don’t have the 10-inch wrench, luis cuts in that no one can help since there’s no staff (no ones there) & you should be able to install this yourself. Condescension was prevalent throughout our two minute talk. I returned the $200 battery within a minute & asked if “there was someone else I could talk too?” Well the managers not available so I’m that! It’s clear Luis isn’t one. Funny down the street at auto zone it was literally the opposite experience. I will also gladly pass this experience to your corporate ✌️
I bought a headlight restoration kit for my car but the product didn't work, I went back to the store and they told me they couldn't do anything!! I expected more attention from the store I'm totally dissatisfied and I don't recommend it to anyone
Don’t waste ur time at this location , wait a good 15 mins in line and once ur turn is up the clerk wanna spend another 10 mins flirting on the phone . BS
Great if you want a free basic diagnostic they can hook it up . Stop paying to go to a shop when you can go here and find out what codes are being read on your vehicle
