There are not enough words to say how Keri helped me out. She went so far out of her way to change the battery in my 4runner when my wife unexpectedly delivery our baby sooner than we had planned! Keri came to the hospital and change our battery right there in the stork parking!! I do not know what we would have done. I was in tears for the amount of stress lifted from my back. This will always be a story attached to the birth of our son. Keri, I will never forget! Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I will always be an AutoZone customer.

I came in the other day to purchase lights for my car and Keri went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service skills by helping me quickly install the parts. Clean, organized, had all the basics. I was looking for accessories, and those were limited. Not complaining. If I had needed parts, tools, or other important items, they were well supplied and easy to find.

Keri is the best.. she came out and put power steering fluid in for me cuz I couldn't leave the car my back was bad and she paid for it and everything and she just wonderful person I always shop there and I will always go back

Terrible place. Lack of knowledge I asked for an air filter for my car, and i was given the wrong one. In 30 minutes later, I went back to return it, and they asked many questions, even for a receipt. Noe days every body is "paperless" and he knew I had just bought it and he didn't give me a receipt.. Stupid people, don't trust them. Ie will be better to look at the book before purchase and ask for a print receipt

Had issues with my headlights and didn't know if I needed to replace the assembly and the lens on my 2010 Pilot was fogged over. Aaron was energetic, customer oriented, and replaced the Running Light Bulb and advised how to clean the lens. He was cheerful, informational, and professional. Thanks Aaron!

So I went to a big box store to have my oil changed and my battery looked at I knew my battery was bad but they told me it was good and told me if I wanted a second opinion to go to autozone.. coming to my local AutoZone just a couple miles down the road I walked in and was immediately greeted by Mark working behind the sales counter. Told him my situation he grabbed his tester went out immediately spotted my battery had an issue even though I questioned it he tested it again and still came out bad. I told him the type a battery I was looking at and he offered something very comparable and got an upsell out of me I think it's going to be a perfect match.. he got the old battery out got the new battery in way quicker than I expected I appreciate this old school sense of customer service thank you Mark and AutoZone

Throughout my time in the store, Mark went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. He listened attentively to my questions and concerns, and provided me with clear and concise answers that helped me make informed decisions about my purchases. My engine was overheating so I drove down to this autozone store and, Mark and Zion helped me fix the problem by finding out that I was low on coolant. They went out of their way to help me with my personal problem - hats off to these guys.

Davon at Automotive Antioch location was AWESOME !! My first time getting my new battery installed. Ran into a couple issues with how the battery was placed and he didn’t leave me hanging he made sure I got out with my new battery installed correctly and efficiently. Saved my car and my time. Mark and Rice are outstanding gentlemen they helped me with exactly what I needed. We ran into a few problems and they took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done to handle the situation. Writing a review on service I experienced today at Autozone @ 4036 Lonetree Way in Antioch, CA. I came in this morning @ 11 am needing to replace the battery in my Yukon XL Denali and I was in a hurry! Christopher A., the Parts Sales Manager greeted me, identified the type of battery I needed and swapped the battery out with a new one all in 10 minutes (not kidding!). He was so helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable - he took charge of the situation and like I said, I was out the door in 10 minutes. I will always bring my business back to this particular store because of the outstanding service I received! Thank you again Christopher, I really appreciate the kind of manager that takes pride in his work and care of it's customers - this is how it should be but it isn't that common anymore these days!! You're the best at what you do and I appreciate everything you did for me today! John

Just been at my local AutoZone for a single spug plug which was out of stock. However , the staff and Manager Lizeth Piceno did everything and searched until they found one at another branch. They even put on hold for me. That was service beyond expected.

Whoever is the store manager here should get fired. The two times I've been here last month, the store closed early because of employees quitting. It was a huge inconvenience and I couldn't get the parts I needed. I also went to buy a battery and noticed that there were only 2 employees working. They looked stressed, overworked, and were rushing to get through the long line of customers. This is not the first time I see them understaffed and I come here once every few months. Sometimes there's only one employee. Management - get your act together. How can you let you allow your employees to work in these conditions? This is not leadership. You have a big "now hiring sign" on your door so why aren't you hiring more people? This incompetence not only affects their well being, but also impacts customer satisfaction as well. I had to wait longer because managementwion't do their job and hire more people. I will be having a talk with corporate about this too. Absurd.

Had to come here to get an oil filter wench cap. They were so kind. There was not one that fit my filter. However the person who was helping me recommended just the oil filter wench which worked. I’m soo happy about. Sadly I can’t remember his name. But thank you!

I was in search of performance brake rotors and calipers for my Q60. I called and spoke with Lucas at the Lone Tree store in Antioch CA. Lucas was extremely helpful over the phone. He took the time to research what I was looking for. I was unsure of the type of calipers is had so I brought my car in to the store. He had my parts already pulled up and ready for me to review. He took the time to come outside to verify the type of calipers and readjusted my order. He went above and beyond. Excellent service:

Associates are eager and willing to help. Unfortunately for my particular need, the item needed to be ordered. Turn around time was the next day, but ended up being the wrong part. I will hope that the replacement ordered is correct.

Longtree in Antioch WAS AMAZING...3 EMPLOYEES GREETED ME AS I OPENED THE DOOR, 3 PASSED AND SPOKE...AND HAD MY ITEM I HAD ORDERED 3 WEEKS AGO...JUST LOVED IT. THE STARTING CREW when they first opened...they only would get 1* and that's because the door was unlocked... this crew ABSOLUTELY THE BEST
