Mark from 24-7 Rescue Towing may have saved my life tonight I was broke down on the freeway.
I was stranded on the shoulder of the freeway with my broke down lifted 4x4 that requires a wide flatbed tow truck. For safety I had to climb out of the passenger side from the drivers seat and stand away from the cars were flying past just feet away. It was getting dark, the traffic was incredibly loud, and it was one of the scariest situations that I have been in.
I called 24-7 Rescue Towing, and Mark answered the phone. I told him I was stuck on the freeway and really scared because of how close the cars were coming. He immediately reassured me and said he was on the way. He arrived in about 20 minutes, which felt incredibly fast considering the situation.
As soon as he got there, he had me get into the tow truck for safety while he secured my vehicle. After standing on the shoulder with traffic rushing by, stepping into the truck felt like instant relief . The cab was clean, warm, and comfortable, and for the first time since breaking down I finally felt safe.
Mark handled everything calmly and professionally. He carefully loaded my truck onto the flatbed, drove me to the auto repair shop, waited while I dropped off the key, and then even made sure I got home safely afterward.
I am incredibly grateful for Mark and 24-7 Rescue Towing for rescuing me. When you’re stuck in a dangerous situation like this being stuck on the freeway the people who shows up matter. Mark treated me with genuine kindness and care, and I believe he may have saved me.

I had an outstanding experience with Mark from 24/7 Rescue Towing and I cannot recommend him enough. When my car got 2 flat tires, Acura Roadside Assistance estimated about 60 minutes and AAA said closer to 90 — but Mark arrived in just 15 minutes. He quickly and safely got my vehicle loaded and had me back home within 30 minutes total.
Time was incredibly important because I needed to get home to my diabetic dog for her insulin, and Mark immediately understood the urgency. As a dog owner himself (he has four!), he was genuinely compassionate and reassuring the entire time, which meant a lot in a stressful moment.
He clearly takes pride in his work — professional, efficient, and careful with my car. It’s also a true local small business; he was raised in a tow-truck family and you can tell he grew up understanding both the service and the customer care side of the job.

Wow, Mark was amazing. He didn’t hesitate to help us out with our dead car battery, I literally called 5 other places after I found out last minute my AAA was expired and no one could come out. Thankfully Mark answered immediately and he came within 15 mins, (IN THE RAIN!!!!), then got us back on the road in no time. The dude who helped came by to tow my car is an absolute legend he even took me to the destination to where needed to go instead of getting an uber. Very friendly people. We were stranded in the freeway and I call a 24/7 tow service and they never came. I paid in advance. We finally gave up and call this tow truck company and the driver was there within 20 minutes, thank God for that after waiting for nearly 3 plus hour for those people that never came!

Awesome professional knows where they’re going knows how to pick somebody up and was there when he said he would be and understood that we needed help. We were done going stone cold didn’t know who to call made the first call. It was the right one thank you very much.
Got my car stuck in the middle of the freeway due to a coolant car issue (first time so super scary!!) but managed to found Cuddy via Google and he was super fast. He got to me within 15 minutes and recommended me to an awesome mechanic (Al!!) I was already panicking since majority of the places were closed around 6PM, so I’m super grateful that he was able to roll my car to a place to potentially get it fixed. Super grateful and I highly recommend his service!
Super responsive! I am disabled and AAA left me roadside for 2.5h before telling me they have no tow drivers for at least 2-3h. It was 100 degrees out and I couldn't wait. Got picked up within 20 minutes and immediately put in the truck with A/C. We even stopped so I could use the bathroom on our way to the repair shop. I don't live in the area but I would definitely recommend this company - no doubt!

Excellent service! Called after AAA denied my request to move an old truck inoperable that didn’t have current registration even though I have towing insurance with AAA for years and used maybe twice in all those years. Highway Rescue came out within an hour and moved truck and a motorcycle about two blocks away. Pricing was good and the driver was super friendly and accommodating. After calling AAA & Mercedes Roadside Service at 4AM we had no luck in getting help; we were rescued in less than 30 minutes with highway rescue towing. His company name lives up to his career and professionalism. Phone call was immediate and smooth, tow was fast with a complimentary ride home. AAA & Mercedes couldn't give us this service or experience. If anything happens to you on the road, give Highway rescue towing a call YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! even at 4am! Thank you so muchhhhh!
Cuddy was amazing as an individual, as a worker, and as a homie! He got to my car promptly and was the only one to help me on a Sunday night. He came in clutch and it really made my night better despite my car taking the piss on me.
