This store is very close to my home so I go there often. Out of all the stores in the area this store has hands down one of the best customer service and staff . CHARLES Specially is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of you as a customer ! A two thumbs up. Auto zone is very lucky to have Charles as their employee

Charles B at the Antioch Somersville store was awesome great customer service super friendly. Definitely will be coming back here more regularly. He went out of his way to help me out, he was actually on his lunch but cut it short to help me out.

Great service here. They did not have the part I needed but happily tracked it down at one of their other locations. They even called ahead for me to make sure they had the part in stock before sending me there.

Bought some engine oil the other day and saw their advertisement for a free battery check. Called today to schedule an inspection and they said the equipment is not working. They also have no idea when it will be operable again. If that's the case take your posters down falsely advertising the service. Staff is also pretty unprofessional overall. There are multiple auto parts stores in the area so won't be going back there.

The store deserves zero Stars. I needed a battery that was going to cost over $300 and these idiots told me that they can't install it because they don't have the tools. I could have sworn I was going to an auto parts store but I guess not. It's just employees being lazy.

They're always pretty helpful in there. They've helped me charge my battery a few times now definitely good spot to go get parts and they let you borrow some tools that you may need a run OBD2 check engine light

Heads up, They will not price match Walmart for oil. So save your time and order the parts off rockauto and get your oil from Walmart.

Every time I come to this store it's an adventure with these rude employees that's why I don't shop at this store anymore, but today I didn't want to go to another AutoZone so far away and it was the worst thing I could DO today shopping at this store... super rude employee no name on the shirt, I needed more parts but with his rude service I didn't buy anymore he didn't give me my full change but if I don't give the full money they won't give me my parts that I need

Took over a week to get the order I placed and then they were supposed to call me when it was ready. I had to get the ordered parts from a different AutoZone location. Had to go 3 times regarding the order

My car is now starting up fine thanks to Zee and auto zone. My battery needed changing even though they could not check it for their machine was not charged to do it. He was professional knowledgeable and made sure he took care of my battery needs by replacing the old battery with a new one. Keep up the good work. So glad my son told me to go there.

Management is very unprofessional. Me as a customer had to tell her there is no need for argument it’s a he and she said so just process the life time warranty return. As a manager your clearly representing your company and to argue with a customer for a supposedly a miscommunication is not the approach.

I was there to find a part and The woman there sent me to find my own part in aisle and shelf, how the hell would I know where is the part located, I called for help and no one showed up, then I asked the same woman and she gave me such bad attitude, very unprofessional, I hope the management sees this and train those for a good customer service . Not coming to this store anymore

Came to buy a fuel hose to replace on my vehicle, and Victoria went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our visit! She was extremely helpful, nice, and she made our visit extremely easygoing by helping us with everything and I mean everything we needed! Thank God for people like Victoria, who go above and beyond for their customers! It was much appreciated and we will be back when we need anything else!

Not from be great on customer service going to be the worst experience u ever had,the people worked in the store the don't have ideas on autoparts they just concentrate on said is "It's what the computer said I don't know anything also". I hope the store concentrates on hiring people to know about auto parts.

I went there for an exchange without a receipt after they called me from headquarters that I can ahead and do so, when I went there the commercial manager was so mad for no reason , if you don’t want to help just say no, why be so mean to someone ,it’s not my fault they sold me a bad part for a lot of money. sorry to say this but Something that is missing here is a good customer service. Anyways I still appreciate the guy Installing those headlights in my car.

The staff was really great. I've never replace the entire blade before and couldn't get the old ones off. They came out to my truck and showed me how to install them.

everything is great very quick response very nice people took me only 5mins to get what i ordered online even though there’s a quite long line at the counter and they have what i needed which the other branch don’t have i don’t know why but that is very important in a store you have what the buyer needs so that every customer will comeback anytime they want something they needed to buy.

I had to get my battery charged so I dropped it off they don't have dividers at the check stand because it's just a regular counter it's not like at a grocery store where it has a conveyor belt what they do is they have you stand in a that's been roped off and they help you from there so it's almost contactless if you have to sign something they get it to you but you don't have to worry about any contact I felt pretty safe in there I had my mask everyone had masks and there was disinfectant and I got my battery charged so I was happy

Went in looking to by a part for my car and the guy at the counter couldn’t help me find the part. The women working today said I should know my which part my car needs when I come in. I told her the part but I wasn’t sure if it fits for my car! That’s what the computer is there for! Are you serious!! Lol these people are unprofessional! I’ve never had this problem coming here. They usually help me find the part I need for my car on the computer without a problem. Rude customer service! I would rate them a zero if I could.

I came to check my battery wich looked old and worn out, to my surprise the employee check it for me advising that it was still good and it only needed to be charged. I replace it anyway but i really appreciate the honesty and the fact he tried to save me money.

The place is alright. Location is a bit rough. Kind of in the middle of a a heavy traffic intersection. The service is great though. The staff are very informative and very willing to assist their customers. I went there to charge my dead battery. The guy who helped removed the battery from my car, charged it but it didn't work. Battery was busted. He then referred me to go to the dealership to get it checked out and reinstalled my battery. He then gave me a jump to help to get going. Great service

Picked up parts for my car that I had ordered salesman kept wanting a receipt . told them I ordered over phone and parts were not paid for yet . he was confused but parts were there with my name on them .. Needed mpre parts they didn't understand what I was asking for Lucky there was a picture on the table had to point to the parts i needed before they understood .. Pictures are worth a hundred words ..
