You don't feel welcomed at all. More like harassed by their looks they give you. Trying to get you out the store as fast as they possibly can to prevent you from possibly stealing anything. Can't even walk around looking for items I need. I guess I didn't fit the dress code or some requirements to shop. If any viewers have any recommendations for buying parts in better places please tag. Thanks

Always friendly and helpful crew. I came in for wiper blades and I was taking care of asap. They found and installed the blades in less than 5 min. Great job
Trying to return an item that i lost the receipt of. They couldnt find the receipt in their system that is within 20 days ! What kind of database do they have? Now im stuck with this item.
Dont get the receipt lost!
Rude and unhelpful service. Help has gone downhill at this location. Employees not motivated to help or even ring up my purchase. I went next door to walmart, got the exact same thing for same price, no rude attitude no problems.

You ever have one of those days where nothing seems to go right? That was me — bought the wrong oil at the wrong price, then the bottle spilled in my car on the way home. Total mess. When I got back home, I realized I even grabbed the wrong one. So back to the store I go, where another associate (understandably) tells me I can’t exchange it. Totally fair.
But then Steven steps in. Super understanding, kind, and just made the whole situation better. He didn’t have to go out of his way, but he did — and it completely turned my day around.
People like Steven are the reason customers come back. Great attitude, helpful, and knows how to treat people right. Thanks again, man!
Came by to get help changing my headlight on my Hyundai, called the store spoke to Adam
All I have to say is Adam is one sweet patient worker, speaking on the phone with him was great customer service, told me to bring in my car and he will check it out helped switch the bulbs and was with me through the whole buying experience
My first time changing the bulbs on my car, I had taken it to the dealer and they insisted it was a electric problem and they quoted me almost 400 just to diagnose it
I said hell no and called autozone as I had a feeling it was the bulbs

This store is not a location I will return to on December 15 2025 Sunday morning i went to buy a mobile battery charger. I was told I can return to get my money back . If something goes wrong. Well came back at 330 cause it was t the one my dad wanted . Went to ask for a return was told. They don't do return on those items . Went to another location I was able to get my money . Back these employees were lazy and did not want to honor there store policy the employee was Latino and his manger was tall white man . I am pissed and will not ret8rn to location or recommend anyone else do as well
Just had a successful trip to the autozone on lonetree in Brentwood! One of the employees named Jamie not only helped me find the part I needed, but he went above and beyond and helped install it. After checking out, I found out he was about to go to lunch, and could have easily taken his lunch break, but didn't.
The generosity, kindness, and positive work ethic of this employee is hard to come bye these days. He is knowledgeable, and more than helpful. If I am back here in Brentwood, I will absolutely stop at this location again and seek Jamie's help.
I really appreciate all he did for me, and the time he took. So, thank you so much and I hope he gets a raise soon!
Very welcoming experience today! Jaime greeted me kindly upon entry and confirmed my measurements for the wiper blades I needed. His associate went over to look for the missing size I needed. Jaime went above and beyond by helping me put on the wiper blades on my car! He wanted to ensure the rear fit correctly as the original sizing was a number only and the one they had available had a number and a letter. It fit and Jaime was so kind to go the extra mile to help me out! Highly recommend this location!
The store was fine. The problem was the homeless people roaming the parking lot. On my visit there was 2 homeless people behind the building using the fire dept water valve with a wrench to get free water off it.
Just left auto zone in Antioch off lone tree and the lovely Jason did his big one. Helped me early this morning with changing out my old battery for my new one. The old one was putting up a fight as it was really corroded and damn near cemented in. But he didn’t give up and was able to get it out and kept a positive attitude I really appreciated that. So Thank you Jason for all your hard work and great customer service.
Eathan was one of the best examples of a stand up dude. Helped me with my services and other issues with people at the same time. Need more people like him. I was surprised he’s not a manager with the rate of work he does!
People here are friendly and helpful. Bought some shop towels and did not know there was a deal for free hand cleaner with that, and the cashier made sure I got the hand cleaner. He even went and picked it up for me. That’s good customer service in my book! Great job guys!
Ethan greeted me, said he could help me and he did as quickly and efficiently as he could. He installed the windshield wipers that I purchased. He tested them before I left, and even put in washer fluid for me. Excellent employee. I feel he went above and beyond.
Had a pleasurable experience with an employee here at the Autozone parts store! The customer service was amazing and personality goes a long way! A young man by the name of Daniel J was kind enough to assist me with a purchase and installation of new wiper blades for my vehicle and he educated me on how to safely and correctly install as well educated me on how to proper maintenance! Overall my experience was excellent!
This Anthony dude I came in trying replace my air filter for my engine, I bought it he was super friendly and personable I asked if he could help me install it and said sure thing .
Great guy! I know where I'm coming next time I'm having issues with my car ! We got to talking I asked how long he been working for autozone and he mentioned this was actually his only second week on the job and he's already showing great excellency and customer service!
Just got home from buying and getting my battery replaced and I believe his name is Danniel provided an memorable experience. I went in there as the night is starting and raining, he had the right reasons to tell me to just come back but he didn't and instead made sure that my car was taken care off. I wish there's a tipping method on the point of sale as he deserved it. For sure will be back and recommend
My first time @ Auto Zone. Stopped by to discard engine oil and filter. They did a decent job, had some spills when they returned the empty containers.
