Went in to get a can of fix-a-flat. Asked the guy behind the counter where it was. He quit messing with his phone and walked me over to it. Very friendly.
Stay away !! African American female employee with blue mask at counter completely annebriatrd and slurring words. Couldn't understand a word said, had no idea what I asked... scary location with beyond loaded employee. Should be a 0 star
Never again!!! Bought a defective started had my mechanic put in a new one.Went to return the starter and was refused my money back or store credit Was told " you trying to get over" the mrg Vanessa was very rude!! Why would I spend over $400 to a shop if autozone starter worked! I'm a regular..I will never come here again
Stephen Joy was generous along with another staff employee in helping me find a tough replacement headlight bulbs for my truck and even helping me install them as I don't get trucks just a truck gal who drives them around. thanks so much for having such helpful staff at Autozone...

Came in on a Saturday morning needing a battery, wanting to get to my son’s soccer game by a certain time. Nowadays we as customers expect to wait, but I took the chance and after calling and hearing Steven say they’d check my battery, I rushed over. Steven was there to greet me with a smile as I entered. He found out I was trying to make it to my son’s game and he stepped on the gas to help me, asking two young polite gentlemen to help out, also in order to expedite the process. Got a great price on my new battery and out the door in 20 minutes. God bless you all at Auto Zone. Thank you very much!!!!
I went into the store a couple days ago and was helped by a lady named Jessica, she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She helped me locate the items I needed and made my whole experience a delight. I definitely will look for her again the next time I need to go in there.
Came in and needed a new battery for my car, Jessica was the first employee who greeted me when I walked in and helped me get the best battery for my budget, not only was she very friendly she didn't leave me standing there waiting while she checked what kind of battery I needed she kept me included in the process and was very polite to other customers who came in and needed assistance. Once I paid for it she even carried it out to my car swapped out my old one, put in the new one and fixed the terminals so they would sit on the battery correctly. Her customer service is amazing! I've came in a few times for other things and she was always so bubbly and made sure to greet every customer that walks in wether she was helping someone inside or outside the store. Her energy and customer service is the reason i continue to come back to this store as well as tell my friends and family to go to this store. She not only likes her job but she makes sure to get you the best deal. Thank you Jessica.
I went in this store last week and was greeted by a female named Jessica....she was very helpful and friendly.....she helped me find everything that I needed and some......I think she should be a manager...... Plus she's a very beautiful woman

This stores phone number is being sent to my private cell phone and I can't call them because it rolls back to my phone! Someone in corporate should call Google to correct this problem ASAP

Just left Autozone on A st in Antioch. I was cheerfully greeted when I walked in by Steven. He also waited on me and was a delight. He was very helpful and made my day. He even went over and above helping install the bulb for my headlight. Just wanted to give m a well deserved shout out!
Excellent customer service! On Thursday, I had got sent to Auto Zone to purchase some car parts but I was unaware of what it was called. A young lady named Jennifer helped me and was very cooperative even though it seemed like she was already on her way to head out.
The customer service I received from Steve was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right light bulbs for my Honda CRV. He took my back light covers, took the bulbs out and matched all the bulbs I needed. The way he took the covers off the lights, including the bulbs, I knew he was a PRO LOL. Then he mention he been doing this for about 30 years. Well that explains that!! He also explained how you earn points which was great! I will definitely be going back there for any and every part I need for my vehicle in a heart beat. Thank you so much Steve. You are the absolute BEST!!! See you soon!!
Darius and Issac helped me locate parts for my 2003 Toyota. I was surprised on how friendly they are and how much knowledge they had on cars. I appreciate them going above and beyond on helping me get a starter and relay for my car. Started right up after, glad I was in good hands.
Great customer service, and people really know what u talking about on auto parts. It's easy to find from the main street, and it's really great to help on parts , not too crowded that's make worth the drive vs.the one near my house
The customer service representative didn’t know how to look up my rewards account except by phone number. The manager sent knowledgeable either. She only gave me another phone number to call to them give them a transaction number to add my rewards from this transaction. This is all way too many steps for some simple rewards. And she was rude and unpleasant which I do not appreciate.
The manager was very helpful, I needed to replace a battery, but my Lincoln had the battery under some other parts and I needed a mechanic. She called one and even though I waited half an hour, she made sure I had my battery installed.
I have had a lot of bad experiences at this store however the last 5 months they have been great. The new manager is amazing very attentive and really helped me out.
Went there today and the staff was very busy and very helpful. Helped me find a battery for my car and helped me install it. Was helped by a team member named Aymi that was really nice. There was another guy who assisted me as well. I wanted to thank them again. Great Experience.
