Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped test a dying battery for me. Couldn't perform the installation but directed me down the road where it could be done. Highly recommend if you need auto parts
Always friendly service. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed to repair my truck. They ordered the parts because they weren't in stock. I picked them up 2 hours later.
I came in and this kid Jaime eventually helped me after being left at the counter for 5 minutes alone. I told him needed a rental tool to pull off my hub. He sold it to me without opening and checking the parts (something every person before him has done for me without asking) and I opened it and found several parts missing. I came in to get my $400 refund but Jaime refused to help me. Another gentleman helped me get my money back. Will NOT be coming back to this store while he is here. Appalling service.
Found just what I was looking for. Friendly helpful staff. Offered to put me in the frequent shopping program, but I might head for an auto parts store more than once a year? After all, I might need both a light bulb and to add some kind of fluid in the same year.
Honestly they used to have a person that ran just the check out was kinda annoying waiting heka long to buy sum oil that i could've been in an out an on with my day instead I waited over 30 minutes because people gotta talk the guys ear off at the counter asking for parts they aren't even buying....
Staff at this location close down early closed the door at 8:55 still had 5 min and this was a emergency bought valve cover gaskets from them earlier in the day they gave me the wrong set now I will have to find a ride to work some how , horrible they should be docked pay . but if coarse his friends can shop you would be fired at my store

Excellent and friendly service. They go above an beyond to help with their auto parts needs .Especially Eddie who've help find exactly what I need for my car.
Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I didn't catch the managers babe but she was awesome to work with. I needed to have them see why my check engine light came on, she did it, provided me a printout of what the code said and could mean. I'm so grateful for the Employees here

Been in there a few times , never had a problem but when I when in there today 10/24/21 the lady that was at the counter was the rudest person ever, If she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one Couse she was rude right of the bat not good customer service.
Ordered Parts online to pick-up from store! Got parts,, went to my Cousin house to install parts on his truck. Its over 100 degree's. Come to find out, there are 2 different spark plug wire sets for the Denali... Which doesn't specify online about whether you have Round coil pack's or square ones. Round one's are too short.. Had to return to the store..Everything taken care of

just called with a part number to see if they had a gasket in stock, talked to nathan and he said yes it is so I drove down and after waiting 10 minutes for him to come out of the back he says closes store that has the part is moreno valley and he said "I dont even know where that is".... you should probably know where your warehouses are and you shoupd probably not tell customers to come down for a part you dont have
Easy access and well organized and clean store. They will test your onboard computer for free to diagnose issue when "check engine" light appears. Of course this is how they generate more business if it appears that you may need a replacement part.
this star kind of sucks there's only one person working at the desk and he said he couldn't penchecks Maya my check engine light because it was against the law which is ridiculous because all AutoZone and O'Reilly's offer it for free mostly just say that they don't have time because there's only one person you have too many customers this one actually said it was against the law such a silly asking is that a Reno loss they know that's the whole world but yet every other place we have been to says that doesn't do it for me when they have coverage stay sane and I think very lazy cuz my opinion so the little Dilly waps if they gave me to check my light by myself was literally held together with electrical tape and barely so it's pretty ghetto and I couldn't get a read on my car so I actually had to buy one to get my check engine light checked send my bracket paper when I brought it in he said that he can read it for me she said then why did he come here and have you check it because we give it you a printout and then you take it somewhere else to be red and I like what the heck how about this guy was just really lazy one day or if everybody else is just overachievers not quite sure so whatever it is y'all need to get on the same page asistencias kids happy customers consistent Smiles consistent good prices consistent products in stocks and not backordered consistently clean stores consistently nice people consistently helpful people consistently smiling people people who love their job snake everybody else love them Smiles are contagious and so are frowns and attitudes which is not what you want when you're about to go gamble in Reno has a bad attitude specialty drug so far bring your attitude that's like 12 notches to a semi good movie please at least
The counter help needs to be trained better he had to keep asking everyone else how to do this and that in placing my order..

I will be buying my parts from here from now on. Great customer service from everyone that I spoke with. They took the time to make sure that I had the correct part before I left, unlike the competitor that is located just down the street.
Very helpful, prompt friendly knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it they will call other locations for you or order it for you. They will walk you through and question/concern you may have. Most of these men are WyoTech graduates and a very knowledgeable in the area of automotives. We are regulars, have been and will continue to.
Reliable Auto parts! Warranty returns r hassle free!They price match auto zone . Several friendly Women at the counter who love talking about cars! Store appearance has improved recently its been kept much cleaner and more organized. Not necessarily always a quick shopping trip, but i know i will get what i need for my cars ! best deals!

I been going to this place since I was a kid. Always had friendly and reliable employees but recently some of them don't even know the parts by name. You will be in line at times for about 30 minutes just to pay for a single item.
The leval of incompetence is amazing at this store. I can't say how many times I have called here for a part because they are so convenient and have them tell me they don't have it and low and held when I call a different location guess who does have the part. The manager there who I'm not sure what her name is one of the people I am speaking about. There a few good people there but for the most part one of the worst oreilly auto part locations I ever had to deal with. They will no longer be getting my business and I highly recommend going to a different location or Napa on sunset dr. You can call these people with a part number and they still manage to get it wrong at this location. There incompetence is just amazing there.
