I arrived before closing time really needing what money I'd get for gas. They told me no more. I had 2 bags plastic 1 bag cans all sorted . I said please I really it for gas nope. Only for him to allow another man with multiple nags unsorted go . When a business says they close at a certain time that's when they should close not 5 min early or when they feel like it. It sucked they wouldn't take
My stuff but made it way worse by allowing somebody else to after they turned me down. I won't be back here.
So I recycle cans and bottles almost everyday and I turn them into jl recycling. And I get shorted every single time it seems like. I turned in 6 full bins of bottles and 2 full bins of cans and one time I got $55. And I did almost the exact same thing a week later and I only got $34 dollars. And the time I got $34 dollars i clearly remember I had more weight to this load than the previous load. Meaning I didn't get alot of regular water bottles I got more of things like Gatorade and soda bottles ect. It seems like the guy is picking and choosing when he feels like shorting people. Also a huge thing. I seen the guy that works there right now, just the other day I seen him when I got there to turn in my recycling. I was the only one there and he must have not noticed me yet. But I seen him in the back of the container smoking a crank pipe it looked like. Crazyyyyy dude
Used to be good. New workers are scamming. Shorted me $20. They dont count all your bottles and do a weird switch where they claim they cant take the gallons bc they're dirty but he pulled the dirty ones from another bin that wasnt mine. He pretended to not speak english when I pointed this out. I heard him speaking english perfectly fine before I said something. 0/10 would not recommend. Go to oakley

I brought in one of my larger loads yet received less money. When I questioned the amount, he was very rude and defensive. As I was leaving, another gentleman said he thought they were shorting people. This man was with a shopping cart so probably cannot go else, but I can and will. Shame this once great recycling center is now questionable
They jip ppl out of money I filled up one of their 6ft big blue bags of plastics and I had bottles and cans he gave me on $36.25 but I've been before with less and got more money he is cheating ppl and keeping the money for himself
The man there seemed very helpful and nice. He weighed out my recycles and gave me a total of $46, he counted it out quickly and assumed it was correct. That was my mistake, however i was in a rush since my kids were in the car. But when i got home and needed the money, i then noticed there was only $41. Wont be going back.
New recycling place in Antioch. In parking lot of Mexican store. Good service. The cans they use to weigh are kinda dirty but you get good price for recycles. -Closed for lunch 12-12:30
I take in the same amount a couple of times, first time received $48.00 second time same amount was paid $31.00.Im sorry to say I won't be going there any more. They are takeing our money from use. It's sad to know this for we are losing they are gaining
Great Service!!! The guy that is their and in charge of weighing and paying is always moving and making sure that everyone is taken care of in a timely manor. He all way's greats you with a smile and acknowledges you, for a one man show he does an excellent job.
I loved it. That day I was previously at delta scrap and salvage. I don't like their service or their policies. I will be writing a review for them as well. However I truly appreciated Santana they are professional And considerate. I even witnessed one employee helping and elderly customer with her Recycles which tells me that they are trying to maintain some basic values. I didn't know that Santana existed before that day but I'm glad it found them and I will continue to go to them. And recommend them to others. The staff was patient and friendly. Thank you
We weigh our bags on a weighmaster scale before comming. The truck was full 5x 44 gal bags of cans all crushed total wt 88lbs an 7 bags of flattend bottles wt total 57 lbs . They say it was only 62 lbs of can and 36 lb plastic and only paid total 92$. The same load was taken to modesto recycling place and we always get 200$ everytime. I mean we weight it with there type of scale everytime we go but this place has to be skimming profit 100% weights checked twice before we load and to see less for the same load is simply proof or they broke the scale and just dont Care customer s suffer and loose out.
I didn't appreciate the way the guy who disperse the money was acting towards me and when I went back before 4pm he wouldn't even let me do my recycling.Hey you won't get my business again Antioch chain is horrible!
