This is the worse place to get a u haul from they was suppose to charge my mom $35 and some change for the rental and they charged her 83.54 they tried to lie and say the U-Haul had a scratch on it which it didn’t and they didn’t want to refund me my money back that they stole
I went to pickup my car and it took exactly 5 hours the person helping me had absolutely no idea what they were doing the dispatch was constantly rude and annoying and to top things off they charged a crazy amount for 1 night do not recommend unless you have lots and lots of time to be wasted with someone who has absolutely no idea what they doing
The old guy who picked me up ( his name was Robert )was really nice . He showed up when he said he would and talked me through the whole process before he did anything which made me feel really comfortable. He knew what he was doing and made it look effortlessly. I'm glad I called this place.
Great the fastest service ever I have ever got. Locked myself out the car and moment I called their driver showed up in less than 15 mins. Fivestar !!! Very friendly
