Was just driving on highway 4 bypass and some idiot driving the truck on Sunday evening Oct 26th at 7:45 turned on his rear bright lights to blind me while driving. This individual driver for this company blinded me with these lights where I couldn’t see in front of me! He did this on purpose because he felt I didn’t let him over promptly enough while he had his signal on! I would use their services and will file a complaint with AAA
I had called them for a tow because and the driver when off loading my car broke my right rear wheel off the axle and I spoke to some dumb manager that should be back in first grade still doing coloring work because he is not ready for grownup work yet. He texts me saying that he was going to look at the footage and he would call me the next day well it’s been 3 days and nothing I have been calling him texting him and nothing and too make things worse they left my car almost in the middle of the street looking like a dump job wrost towing experience I have ever had aaa should not be in business with this company that they treat there costumers like this!!!! And they left there tool too like wow
Take your business elsewhere. They were gunna try to charge me $400 Just to get my car towed to Baypoint from Antioch . Went with a local towing company who only charged me 180.
Very good company. Very dependable. Call center/dispatch is friendly as well as the tow truck drivers.
Prices have been on the lower end when I've received multiple quotes from other companies.
Wait times can very, once I waited for an hour (which I was told was the wait time), another time I was told the wait time was two hours, ended up arriving within 30 minutes.
I have to give my thanks to Cupertino Towing's Salvado and Baltazar (I hope I got their names right).
My Previa wouldn't start over at the Rotten Robbie's gas station. Salvador came out and tried to get it going by checking everything and banging on the starter.
Since that didn't work, he called in the tow. He waited until they have him an ETA and he left.
Baltazar picked up my Previa and took it my house. He also helped me push it into my garage.

Let’s just say the people here are all rip offs we had our truck towed the driver left it at wrong shop ! Our car ended up being impounded and we are looking at $2000 fee and they don’t want to take responsibility for it ! They haven’t even tried communicating with us about anything smh avoid this place at all cost !!!!!

Woke up to a flat tire on my car before work. My tech Neal arrived quickly and was helpful and friendly. My spare was flat and I wanted to see if it was good. Neal filled it up and followed me to the station where I would get repairs. Great service would reccomend.
I was broke down in the pouring rain on Hiway 4 near Hillcrest Ray #49 was there fast I have to admit seeing all the cars flying by Me with the rain pouring down. He was a blessing..Thank you Ray for taking care of my truck.
Jonathan #17 ended up helping me and my boyfriend out after being stuck on the side of the road and lemme tell you hwat it was the funnest tow I've ever had. To start off he had the good music playing on the radio which put me in a vibe, and then all 3 of us started talking which had me beyond enthused. And he was kind enough to give us a ride home since it was on his way back home. Overall, it made our sucky situation not so horrible. Thank you Cupertino Towing for hiring someone so friendly!

My driver Trevor was wonderful. Incredibly professional and kind, and worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure my car was properly documented at the shop as well. The dispatcher (I don't remember her name, I'm sorry!) was super pleasant and cheerful as well. All in all, a great experience on a bad day for my car.

The tower with the license plate 04750N2 was helping me, I forgot his name but he was very rude and unprofessional. Worst of all he was a reckless driver I would not recommend this towing service at all.
The worst experience ever! If you want to get scammed call this place. Never showed up to get my vehicle but charged me not just once for a tow but twice!

Cupertino Towing is amazing! My car would not start at a local shopping center and I called AAA. They sent Cupertino Towing and they were wonderful. I felt safe and felt certain my car was taken care of. Both my car and I were given a lift home. In the morning, Cupertino sent the battery truck and concluded, correctly, it was the Alternator, not the battery. A tow truck showed up later to take the car to our preferred service center. They all were very professional and there was a kindness that came through with each person we worked with at Cupertino’s. So refreshing!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Driver from this company was dispatched by triple a to do a long distance haul 100 miles. The driver did not tell me he was going to charge me 12$ a mile 300$ total for going only 20 miles over the limit until he delivered the car and started demanding payment. ROBBERY. Immediately reverted to threatening to return the car 100 miles with him. Demanded to collect payment even after triple a was on the line with me; saying they will speak to his dispatcher that they are going to cover it. Even though the payment was made in cash and was very easy to return once the decision was finalized. Triple a was SHOCKED at the lack of professionalism. Made a bad night for me; so so much worse! An attitude that should not be tolerated by anyone! And most defiantly not worthy of a 3.0 star overall Yelp rating. It’s 1 star from me. Avoid them at all costs !!
Tyler is the best. He's the manager over there. He helped solve a problem the Ford Dealership couldn't figure out for 2 days, in a matter of moments. He delivered 5 star customer service and demonstrated knowledge and great problem solving abilities. Cupertino tow helped me 2 or three days in a row with AAA. They got there within 15 minutes each time and they were kind courteous and very knowledgeable. Thanks a million again.
Was told a tow truck would be by at a certain time, an hour after that time I called and was told it would be another 45 minutes, twice, over 15 minutes apart. Do not use this company, they clearly have more business than they can handle.
Rude, tailgating BIG RIG driver, on a downhill route. Honking and revving his motor because I honked him in an intersection. He appeared to be running a stop sign and I was signaling my presence in the intersection. One honk and he laid on a long honk and came after me. Scary. I spoke with a defensive and unhelpful manager at the company afterwards. He said that he did not appreciate my threatening to report his company to AAA as a AAA contractor. I told him that I did not appreciate being intimidated and stalked by his driver.
They tow my car on Friday and did not leave my keys. The driver tells his manager that he left them in the ignition. Who will leave keys in ignition in the first place . I come home after work no keys in the ignition. Now my keys are missing and they're telling me they can't do anything about it. He lied and said he knocked on my door smh there's been someone home the entire time and no one knocked. Fraudulent and lies are being told . Customers are always right. Employee lies about it all no customer service what so ever terrible

Left my daughter to take another tow on Vasco Rd. Told her to call AAA for another driver. So much for being a representative of AAA roadside assistance. Claimed couldn’t find lock to tires. CLS500 with CA Firefighter license plate. Daughter a engineer going to work, made assumption that she didn’t have the necessary locks or equipment in vehicle. Called to say I was 5 mins out, he left to help a girl who had walked up and stated she needed help. She didn’t call AAA because he was there for my vehicle. Been with AAA over 30 years.
I’m in my department vehicle with code 3 lights on to help make it safe. Called AAA ask why driver left, they stated that the driver couldn’t find the lock and it was not in the vehicle. AAA policy is driver do not look in vehicles. Sometimes time later another driver show up help, excellent service. I’m blocking traffic for him as well to keep them both safe.
Called Cupertino towing and was told that driver couldn’t find lock or tow ring. Car didn’t need towing and daughter was driving to American tires to get replaced. He insisted that tools not in trunk where they should be. I told him I keep lock with my registration in glove box. Plus his driver never should of left. He stated driver got a call, my daughter took pictures of the girl walking up. Cupertino towing Justed lied. I will be showing AAA pictures.
I dont normally write rewiews on people, but some do such a good job you want them to be recognized. I had my car towed by Matt driver #35 today and he was the nicest driver ive ever encountered. He was fast both to the call and loading it up, friendly, professional and was able to answer any questions I had. Im used to the gruff, cranky drivers that hate theyr job and Matt is far from that. If you want reliable, positive and professional I would refer you to request him and youll be taken care of.
I broke down at the Antioch toll bridge on my flatbed truck ( medium duty ) . Called Cupertino Tow and Craig arrived within 20 minutes . He was Fast & Friendly . Best Service around .
I am very happy after choosing Cupertino towing. Jose was very knowledgeable when it came to having my motorcylce towed. I was very nervous, and a bit scared given my motorcycle shut off on me as I was traveling down the freeway. But he made sure he handled my motorcyle as if it was his own, and also looked out for my safety. THANK YOU CUPERTINO TOWING!!
Terrible, AAA member for 23 years , never waited 2/1/2 hours then denied because driver couldnt wait 5 minutes .now another 30 minute wait. Dispatcher hung up in my face . If I knew, i wouldve paid a local company.
