After the terrible service from Rapid Valley. Sellob and his guys made it happen in 30 or so min. This is after the previous company had me wait over an hour and a half just to cancel… as a USAA MEMBER I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience I had with this company not only was he really late but my insurance covered some of my payment and all I owed was 66.72 some how when he showed up he said that I owed 102$ he was extremely rude and said he wasn't towing it unless I paid him that he said it was 102$ because they don’t calculate his way back to the yard this is insane I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone please do yourself a favor and stay away from these scams .
Late post .. I came out to my truck one morning in an hurry didn’t wanna be late for my meeting and noticed I had a flat.. Grrrr I called my insurance for a tow and Mashal showed up changed my tire and he was fast professional and knew what he was doing! Thank you I ended up being on time to my meeting! I would use this company again!

I have called Mashal Muhammad Hashim who is the owner of this company at around 11:00am this morning. I reside in San Francisco, and SPRINT TOWING was the first place I noticed due to the 5 Stars. 5 Star scam by the way. He said he can be there in less than an hour. He not only was late and not on time, he also lied about his location. He finally called me back at around 12:09pm and said that he was going to arrive late since he was in Sacramento. If he would have told me from the beginning that he wouldn't be able to make it out on time, he wasted my time and would have taken care of my problem sooner. I would have simply called someone else. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I do not recommend this service, stay away!
