GREAT service!! I accidentally locked my Grampa’s keys in his truck while grocery shopping and someone was there within 15 minutes! The driver was very cordial and professional, he could have just towed my vehicle but he worked very hard to remove my tire that was stuck even though it was probably the hardest he's ever had to work to get it off, I recommend this tow company 100% you won't be disappointed and it was a very reasonable price I paid for the hour he worked $80.00

Called for reservation to tow my vehicle to an auto shop. Jose was friendly and took my infos. At the day of the pickup, Oscar arrived on time and called me ahead of time to confirm. I was quoted a reasonable price I thought there’s gonna be extra but everything went easy. These guys are professional. They keep to their word…not like the other tow company I called before, I called that morning for pickup then tells me it will be a 2-3 hr wait. I waited then called when no one called me and the female tells me it wasn’t written on the board for pickup at all. The company is under a big car insurance company too.
Pulled over on the side of the road because the car felt out of control making a large vibrating noise. Searching for a number to call and checked my rearview mirror to see a tow truck right behind me. The driver greeted me telling me his name was Jose and asked if I needed help. Within 5 minutes he gave me a thorough assumption and recommended towing. Even gave me a slice of pie when I mentioned I was hungry. This guy's kindness and professionalism was superb! Wish the world had more people like him.

Wow! I doubt you can find better service than these guys. My car stalled on an exit off the freeway right in the middle lane. It was not a safe place to be stuck at. I quickly called the first 13 tow companies listed on Yelp. Six numbers were disconected, six didn't answer and the one that answered told me they were to busy at the moment. Even after I explained I was in a very dangerous spot. Once I contacted Auto Fox, the first thing they asked is... "Are you OK?". They aske for my location and the type of vehicle I was driving. "The gentlemen said you need our help now. We will be there in 12 minutes." Ten minues later he arrived. Asked me to get inside his truck where it was safe and in 8 minutes we were on our way. The gentlement that helped me was pleasant, kind, professional and sincerely cared for my safety and my vehicle. I felft completely taken care of. Thank you Oscar. I will be concacting you if ever again we need a tow service. I gave my wife your business card and I also mentioned this great experience with my friends and family. The service that we received was beyond amazing! Our car was stolen and badly vandalized. We’d already spent two days trying to get AAA to do the service was pay for and tow our car home. Enter AutoFox. They arrived in 30 minutes. We’d left the key at home so they then came back when we finally had the key. They got the tires on to be able to tow it and we masterful at getting it into the flat bed, towed to our home and off loaded in our driveway. Wonderful, excellent, brilliant at problem solving!
