After calling many tow companies that didn't get back to me or didn't understand English at all I called and received help from a young man who came out and fixed my tire no issues, he was very thorough and friendly. The dispatcher said as also very efficient and kind.
Unfortunately, we had to have a vehicle towed today but we’re so glad we called Arrowhead! The response time was quick, and both Shelly, the dispatcher, and Lou, our driver, were absolutely amazing. Shelly was super friendly and helpful on the phone, and Lou was incredibly kind and made a frustrating situation so much easier. Huge thanks to Arrowhead, Shelly, and Lou!
That's fine I'll give you my truck towed out of there but the dispatcher and the whole team is just so nice and really made me feel a lot better though there's no other company that told my tow truck that I felt happier they worked with me with the money I had and just were awesome people and the driver that came and told me out and Malachi was just an awesome human being hard working individual totally positive even though we got frustrated process was way longer than it should have been Malachi had a great attitude see a bright future for this young gentleman who almost thinking like a beautiful trucker like a little brother it says a lot about who I hired them and who's he's working with and the dispatcher was really sweet God bless them all and if I got any errors right in this post I'm sure Malachi exhausted even though he has to go in about another hour and a half of towing my truck and I got to get a real early but I hope you guys get the gist of what I wanted to say even the good work Arrowhead mal8khidispatch and team Ken And Josh
