This company will not pay for return shipping it will cost me more to return this cheap shower pan shipping cost 400.00 dollars. I didn't recommend this Pelland enterprises .

Ordered a skylight dome, paid for it and it was never shipped to me. What a scam.

Just called to see if they had parts I need the lady on the phone sounded like she had no clue, suggested the web site "there's lots of goodies there " useless help

we bought the little window weephole cover things - according to the website description, they would fit, they were overpriced but we didnt mind if they worked - well, they didnt work, and we were charged 30% restock fee!!! it is ridiculous that they would charge a restocking fee of 30% for something bought off the website based on their description that should have fit my windows but did not fit. I even messaged them, and got a Have pleasant day! ?️response from Christine. Buyer Beware! they dont care about customers at all, just their bottom dollar!

I have a 2021 Jayco north point 5th wheel and accidentally crushed a window screen while pushing out a slide out. I looked everywhere for the plastic corners and finally found Pelland enterprise, they had the exact match! Thank you so much!

This is the second time that we have ordered from this company and their customer service is outstanding. We are full-time RVers and we were in need of a window crank mechanism that broke on our older RV. They sent our order out very quickly and were just as fast sending out a second part when they mistakenly sent out a mechanism for the wrong window. Highly recommend A+++

We were in need of a new shower pan for our 20+ year old camper. I stumbled upon PELLAND ENTERPRISES website and found the exact replacement. The online ordering process was easy. I also called the company just to confirm availability and get an estimate on shipping time. Christine was super helpful , called the supplier and then phoned me with details. 2 days later UPS delivered the item. Perfect fit! THANKS! Highly recommend PELLAND ENT!

I was hesitant to order from Pelland after seeing their other ratings, but they had two uniquely sized tanks that I just couldn't find anywhere else, so I gave them a try. I got my tanks with custom fittings delivered 6 days after I ordered them- delivered on a Sunday, to boot! I wasn't looking forward to waiting 4-6 weeks as the website indicates, so I couldn't be happier!

On 9-20-20 I ordered a wheel well from this company. It was supposed to ship on 10/4 2020. On 10-12 2020, called and was told that they would look into it and contact me when it shipped. 11-9-2020, no phone call no email, nothing. Called again and was told they will definitely get back to me on what happened. Again no one contacted me at all so on 11-20-2020 called and left message and also wrote an email to the company. Its now 11-30-2020 and still no call or email . They charge my credit card on 9-20. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a company. I'm going to try to contact them again today to cancel my order. It's obvious that it will take months before I get my money. The owner Karl Pelland obviously doesn't care or cannot control the company. After this experience I will never order from them again and I will make sure that our friends, in the trailer and RV community, the unprofessionalism and lackluster of this company and owner.

I ordered some window parts a little over a year ago and waited about 4 weeks and never got them. I sold my RV and cancelled my order. They refunded my money but they shouldn't have charged my card when they didn't even have the parts. A few weeks ago I ordered some window parts and waited about a month. (Backordered) After I got the parts, I ordered another part that I forgot to order and then they charged me an extra $5.00 because it wasn't a $20.00 order. (The order before that one was over $100.00). One of the items in the previous order was defective which I have informed them about twice and have yet to hear from them. It's been over 2 weeks now. I won't be shopping with them anymore. What a lousy experience!

They don't even deserve one star. Just a horrible buying experience with this company. I finally received my order today after waiting for nearly three months. I was originally promised that it would take 3-4 weeks! And during these three months we were fed nothing but lies and multiple excuses. And to top it off I was charged an extra $40 for shipping. The owner, Kurt Pelland made no offer to absorb the extra $40 amount nor would he return any of my phone calls. I have learned my lesson to never deal with this company ever again, plenty of other places to order RV parts out there.

Found a window part by item number on this sight. Called the company asking if the price of over 3.00 EACH was right and the man laughed at me. I ordered 24 of them because it was the only way i could fix the screens in my camper. Close to 100.00!!! They only have a picture of it from the front. and once I received them I realized they were wrong. Called to return them and they want a 30% restocking fee!!!! And I have to pay shipping both ways. BEWARE!!
