I came in with a black back of bottles and a grocery bag of cans they gave me $20 I came in with 2 black backs fool of bottles and a black back fool of cans and got $16

Very good prices.

Usually fair payments but I was shorted today. Came in with more bottles than I did prior but received less this time. My point is I came there with more than what I brought previously but got much less this time. I don't know how you calculate the payments but I'm just sharing my honest experience. As I've stated, you guys have always been fair ( IMO) in the past but it was just odd to me that I received less this time when I brought in more . Also, I had 4 cans filled to the top. So that's at least 20 lbs. You stated I only had 1 can but that's not true sir.

Part of me wants to tell you about the grit of this place, standing in line with itchy and scratchy and the like.. but like what recycling place doesn't have its charm? I only mention these things in the hopes that you'll read this, and decide not to go. This place, it's EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff, and the help they offer people in lesser positions should be a well guarded secret. To be honest, the place deserves respect. I'll

This business has outstanding customer service and I would give them 5 million stars if I could. The smart good looking employee that helped me went above and beyond, working after hours to help me and make sure I didn't have to make an extra trip from Chico. Want to leave a review it's January 2022 excuse me February and first time coming here I live in the chico area but I have to come Oroville anyways the guy had can she seemed really friendly recycling yard so it's kind of Scrappy looking but yeah I had a good time and I would recommend this place

BEST Recycling Center in Butte County.... customer service is outstanding....the man that runs recycling center goes over and beyond for his customers..he is very patient and helpful with my boys...my two older boys collect plastic bottles and cans to earn money to buy things that they want putting half of what they earn away for college...he goes out of his way every time we turn in our recycling to take the total amount and divides the money in half to pay each one of the boys......no matter how his day is going, if he's stressed out, over worked (busting his @$$) and feeling under paid ...that man always has a positive attitude with a smile on his face.. this is the ONLY recycling center I will use

My husband did not count the money when it was handed to him. Instead he just put it into his pocket of his pants. When we went to dinner that evening, for our anniversary, my husband pulled out the money that he was paid from the recycling. It turns out, he was shorted $20. I called and left a message for the business, but they haven't called us back yet. I will never do business with them again. They are not trust worthy.

This is the best place in Oroville for ALL your recycling needs. The staff are friendly, fast and efficient workers. The only thing I have a slight problem with is the fact they close a little early or they seem to have run out of $$ for that day. But, other than that; GREAT business. I recommend them to everyone. Give them a try I feel that you will not be dissappointed..

Fair prices! Due note that you should try to go at a time when there isn't a line of people. That fact there is a line of people here should show you how good the prices are here though. Service from staff was pretty standard as far as a recycling center goes. They pay in cash and try to work as fast as they can. Worth it.

Friendly people, efficient, my husband and I often recycle here. They have extended their hours. The people I meet here from young to older have been a pleasure to talk to. Even the shy toddler who recycles with his mom and dad. GREAT prices too.

Had to stand in line for 25 minutes service was poor I won't be using this place again
