Would definitely not recommend getting a tow through your insurance from this company woke up at 4 am just to call 3 hours ahead because the last time they never even came they don’t answer they lie about there eta if I was in the middle of no where they’d leave me for dead they are the worst towing company ever!!!
Requested tow at 8:45am, scheduled for pick up at 10:20am. It’s 11:20am and both myself and Geico called their dispatch 5-6 time. No response… 0 stars for wasting everyone’s time.
Called my insurance for a tow and they dispatched this company about 10 minutes after calling. They were supposed to arrive a couple hours later. No problem because I was still at work. Come up to the initial estimated arrival time and no tow truck. I checked for updates and it was saying they were still over an hour from arriving. Tried calling the driver and no answer! Absolutely horrible!! I’m glad I didn’t just call this company. If you get them assigned to you just cancel!!!!
If I could give this tow company no stars I would. Called statefarm for a tow and this company was dispatched. ETA was 60-90 minutes, took 2 1/2 hours! I told the tow company I had 3 passenger me, husband, and newborn (with a car seat). Once the tow arrived he said my baby couldn’t come because there was no room!!? What kind of tow service is this and who is the management? terrible communication and delayed service with no updates. DO NOT recommend
I requested a tow from different companies but this company is the best one. They showed up 30min after requesting a tow plus the tow truck driver is a really nice guy, he was doing his job professionally, showed us so much respect & love.

John Towing and Recovery send a wonderful guy named Tom, when my vehicle wouldn’t start. I thought I would need a tow, but not only did Tom drive up within the time promised, he was very thorough, caring and a true professional!!
