I had a wonderful experience today with my service request thru Junky Boys. I had an old refrigerator that I no longer needed and Sam and his partner came in a timely fashion and were extremely helpful and polite. I rate this company 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would recommend their service to my family and friends.

The team did a great job of removing two large pieces of furniture, for a very fair price. They were quiet (this was in a seniors' care building) and professional. The best part is that they were able to "rehome" both pieces quickly, so they didn't end up at the dump. Highly recommend them!

Contacted Sam yesterday for a couch removal. He answered very promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote, and booked an appointment next day! He even offered same day, if I was available. I thought of some additional things that I could use hauled away and it was no issue whatsoever. His crew arrived the next day to my condo in Newark, just a few miles away from their base in Union City. Within about 30 min, all my items were gone! Clothing donation, small couch, gym equipment, all piling up over the years. I feel relieved I was able to get that done within a 24 hour turnaround time. 100% recommend for any junk removal needs. I was in need of junk removal in an hurry and Junky Boys delivered. Fortunately for me, on the same day I called, Sam’s team lead by Miguel was awesome. Separating the junk from electronics as they swiftly moved through my driveway and garage. Such a relief to get professional care when needed. Sam and his crew are awesome! I’m moving out of state and I had things in every room the garage, and the backyard that needed to go. Sam came a few days before and did a walk through, which was nice. I really liked the fact that they recycle and work with shelters, and donate what they can. His crew came right on time, and they were done in a couple hours. Totally professional, and they were careful with what they moved from inside the house. I think the pricing was totally fair, especially for how hard they worked. I would totally recommend Junky Boys to anybody that needs help getting ‘junk’ hauled away.

Sam and his team did an upmost amazing job. From the consultation to the finished result. We needed a full inside the house and outside the house junk removal + a donation removal - a job that was overwhelming for me was done with ease, professionalism, and haste with no stone left unturned. On his final walk through, Sam found even more junk that we were unaware of and took care of it. Had a very first time experience dealing with Sam and the Junky Boys. First initial meeting was a walk through and estimate. Went very smooth and easy as well. Was offered options rather than just upsell me on only his services which I really much appreciated. He and his team did an outstanding job doing a full house haul. He will be my go to and recommendation for myself and anyone looking for hauling services. Team was quick and professional the whole house was done inside and out. 10/10 glad I chose to go with them.

These guys are great. I bought a new sofa and needed to get rid of the old one ASAP. Gave them a call and Sam quoted a fair price. The guys came within a couple of hours and took care of everything. Super fast and smooth process. Great communication throughout. Payment was made simple - cash, card, or electronic payment available.

Junky Boys helped us close out our parent’s Apartment in their senior living facility after they both passed away. Junky boys also added in an extra stop to our basement to take additional furniture left over from when my parents moved into the senior facility. They were very accommodating in removing clothing, bedding, furniture, small appliances, kitchenware, and assuring us that it would all be recycled and reuse to the fall extent possible. The owner Sam was very communicative and responsive, and the crew, Miguel and Raul were very hard-working and professional. This was a great help in a time of sad transitions. Thank you, Junky Boys!

Junky boys did an awesome job for a great price. The owner was very communicative and the workers were very friendly. I even added a few extra items to dispose and a playground to dispose of and there was no hassle about it at all. I would gladly recommend them to use for any junk removal and would use them again.

Junky Boys was great to work with. They were fast and conscientious. It was hard getting rid of a lot of family stuff that could still be valuable to someone. They considered and packed stuff so it could be re homed or donated. They were fun and personable and I was psyched to see that Miguel wanted my daughter’s drum set. Double thumbs up.

I was extremely pleased with their service. I contacted the company on a Saturday morning, and Sam responded right away with a quote. I asked if it was possible to arrange a same-day pickup. Although their schedule was already full, Sam kindly offered to call me later in the afternoon if a time slot opened up — and he did, exactly when he said he would. He managed to fit me into their schedule, and the pickup team arrived promptly. They were very polite, professional, and efficient, completing the job in about 15 minutes. I was truly impressed by their responsiveness and reliability. I highly recommend their service to anyone, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future.

Sam and company are heroes! They emptied a 4 bedroom house in 1 day. Fantastic service and I highly recommend them. They separated everything and recycled almost everything. Sam is trusting and his pricing was very fair. He is highly recommended by my realtor. The best in the Bay Area!

I can't express what a great experience our company had in working with Junky Boys. We have been in our office for 12 years and several other offices prior having accumulated 2 decades of excess office supplies, furniture, computers etc...Once we decided to downsize it was quite daunting to realized how much we have accumulated over the years. After calling a couple of the well known franchises, I found the customer service and quoting process severely lacking. Either I was unable to speak to a human or was given a rough estimate and told a final cost would be determined at the time of removal. I then found Junky Boys and read all of their great reviews and decided to give them a call. When I called Sam the owner answered and was very professional, I explained to him that although some stuff was old it was still quite usable and I was not fond of the idea of simply throwing away. He explained their process to me that if it is possible they would donate as much as they could so the excess would simply not go to waste. He then offered to stop by and provide a quote, which he did in a timely professional manner without pressure. The cost was certainly affordable and from what I found inline or less than the competition. Sam and his team arrived on time as scheduled and got to work. The team worked so hard all day and Sam communicated throughout the process regarding what needed to be done and how the job was moving along. The work was excellent and the team was great to work with. When completed Sam asked if there was anything they could have done better and quite honestly I could not think of anything that could have been improved as their service was beyond great. Then came the final proof of how great Sam was to work with, upon completion the company credit card was flagged by the financial institute requiring a new card to be sent, leaving both Sam and I a little worried. However Sam agreed to follow me a few miles down the road so I could grab a check. Many other companies would not have been so patient and kind when encountering an issue, but Sam was. I have been in customer service for over 3 decades and thought this type of service was a thing of the past, but with Junky Boys they go above and beyond and we are so glad we found them and would recommend them to everyone. Junky Boys are my #1 junk removal business! From my initial call to them leaving my home after completing the job, Sam and his team were outstanding! I needed fast junk disposal due to an upcoming event, so I called a few businesses but none were willing to assist as incredibly fast and reliably as Junky Boys.
