This one is alright. Staff are always helpful and diligent. They have the same problem as most other locations, where it says parts are in stock when they aren't. Make sure you call before showing up, and don't believe the website.
Superb staff. Called earlier to ask if they had specific windshield wipers for my car and they even gave me a price range so I knew what to expect. Sweet man with the hoop earrings helped me find the item which was stored in the back. We love knowledgeable staff and friendly service! Thanks O'Reilly team
I had a fantastic experience at this place. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the man who assisted me. He not only filled my coolant but went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order. I highly recommend this place!
Good customer service is and it was a lady older lady White I did not know the part and she didn't either but she helped me and got the right part for my car...m.

The worst customers device ever just now came from out there and the young guy that working has. Really bad attitudes he act like he didn’t want to do his job and all I was looking for was rope hook to close my trunk down afucking me lucky I has to come this way to work cause I really don’t come to this one
I come in in to the store and did not say any word and the guy come to me to say that the oil tank is full. Pretty sure he does not want to attend me just because it’s to puor the oil away. He told me to go to autozone not coming here anymore for parts.
The parts (hydraulic fluid filters for an old machinery, not so easy to find and getthem fast) ordered online where not available for pickup on-time but the young man who attended me took care of my order and next day in the morning called me to let me know my order was ready.

Ordered parts never arrived trying to get back home 25 hours away after wasting morning ordering parts that did not arrive and employees with the "i don't know attitude" was sitting in parking lot trying to regroup when I started to get harassed by a (I assume) homeless lady who definitely had mental issues until I could not even use my phone to try and find parts elsewhere ! Thanks oreillys never again
They have a computer that tells you what item/part you need for your specific vehicle. (I believe it's also available on their website) this made it easy for me to research first and then follow through once I got there. I was happy to see the item they recommended was in fact the same item I had researched on my own, I've had other places try to sell me expensive brands or things I didn't need.
Great Great service. I walk with a cane and have trouble doing things so a young white guy in his 20s helped he put in my headlight bulbs and my air filter. It took him less that 5min to do it all. This is my new auto shop location to go to. I've been here at this one before, always nice service here. I wish I could remember that young man's name he needs a service point. It was March 7th 2pm I was shopping there. He checked me out to right were you keep the Hot Wheel Cars.
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. If any one isn't sure, another one will know. Free obd2 scan and will include a mileage checklist however many miles are on your vehicle. Much appreciated Oreillys.
Great little auto parts retailer, well stocked with very knowledgable, friendly and efficient staff -- plus I got a great deal, what more could you ask for. Plus it's across the street from a great grocery outlet, will be back (probably frequently...)
Only if I have to. Couple times I've bought parts and they failed. Obviously they were never bench checked. Wasted a lot of my time and my mechanic. Luckily my mechanic didn't charge for the time. I don't buy anything they do. Only oil, filters or lights cuz O'Reilly don't manufacture or rebuild these items.
Located the part I needed by calling a nearby store. Had to wait about 10 minutes while the parts counter person searched for it. (sometime wise had not returned the part to its correct place) Unprofessional bickering back-and-forth between co-workers while a few customers were in the store. Newer employees it seemed. I had a $10 'frequent shopper' discount which is all that kept me from heading to one of two competitors on my way to this store.
I want to truly thank the manager for being awesone during our issues with my cousin she allowed her employee Edson to help us until we was safely on our way home . I truly hope if your ever in this area please choice this oreilly . Someone giev that sweet young man a raise .
Seemingly good location but annoying to get to. Right by freeway and close to residential area. An oddly placed curb where you should be able to pull in and the street construction has a median so that you have to make a U- turn if you're going south bound.
Otherwise it's fine. Everything you would be need or expect.
I come in here to get oils for my vehicles. John is excellent at helping me out. They have been able to find my motorcycle oils as well. I always like there service. Prices are competitive and usually beat the dealer.
