Someone hit my car when it was parked in front of my house and the first body shop I tried ghosted me after taking photos for an estimate. I went to Fix Auto SL on a rec from a friend and they were amazing. I got an appt right away, and by the end of the day I had an estimate and an appt for repairs. The parts came fast and my car was done in two days from when I brought it in. They had excellent communication and stuck to every timeline they quoted. They were extremely helpful in getting me the best parts for the best prices and explained everything well. It was less than a week between me coming in for an estimate and me getting my car back in excellent condition. They are right next to Enterprise if you need a rental, but I did not need one because they worked so quickly. I would absolutely come back here again.

I am very satisfied with all the work done on my 2015 Honda accord sport. The vehicle looks brand new. The paint job is extremely well done, as well as the wheel damaged by the accident. It only took seven days for the car to be fully repaired and I can’t complain. It took the insurance that was handling my case longer than that, just to get it into the shop. I want to say I am beyond happy with the results and I would definitely recommend the shop to my family and friends. It's been over a month since Roger's crew painted the roof and hood of my 2012 Toyota but I felt compelled to post a review. I'm more than pleased with the workmanship. Roger called that the car was ready a half day before his quoted date. I came in and inspected the work. A small dent on the hood was missing. I asked Roger about it. He replied something like, "I didn't want to paint the dent, so I fixed it." (No charge.) Thank you, Roger! I've been recommending your shop to my friends.

I stopped by with a minor issue on my Tesla and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the team. Although they were not certified to perform major repairs on Tesla vehicles, the staff clearly explained the limitations and promptly contacted their mechanic to provide a temporary fix. They also advised me to follow up with a certified Tesla body shop for a more permanent solution.
What stood out most was their honesty and generosity—they did not charge me for the service, and even politely declined a tip. I highly recommend this establishment for their exceptional professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach.

Fix Auto exceeded all expectations!! The work was done quicker than promised restoring the front end of my car to perfection. Rental car place was right down the street so that was seamless. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car to find it spotless, inside and out. Luis was a dream to work with. Took my car here for paint job after a minor cosmetic fender bender. Communication was great, I worked with Rick who handled everything efficiently and walked me through overall process. No complaints, and I’d happily recommend this shop!
Got rear ended and they replaced the rear bumper and tail light assembly in 2 days. They were very helpful with the whole process of insurance and rental car. The work they performed is flawless and they also did a great exterior wash job (even defogging my headlights) and even vacuumed the inside of my car. After all was finished they even dropped my rental car off for me. Tam (sp?)was my service rep and he was fantastic from beginning to end. Fix Auto is the leader when it comes to fast service, good pricing, and customer service. I came in for a door fix and they were able to fix my door within 10 minutes! Rodger was the guy who helped me and he even showed me what was wrong with my vehicle in detail.
