U.S Tow arrived to the accident I was involved in, quickly and efficiently. Nish was friendly, and nice given that I was not in my happy place at that moment. He assured me he would take good care of my truck and gave me all the necessary information to reach him. Called the next day, and he let me know that we could come to the yard to view my vehicle, as well as collect some of the personal items before getting it sent over to the collision shop for repairs. I found Nish to be friendly and accommodating from beginning to end.

Incredibly grateful for the kind tow-truck driver that helped us! (Apologies if I got his name wrong), but Saldeep was very courteous and professional and helped us tow our car back from an event when it wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped. I'm giving a five star to Nick (Nishant) ! He is simply amazing. He could take my car out of the parking garage from a very steep and uncomfortable ramp like an absolute pro, while three other towing guys couldn't. He's also kind hearted and really cares for costumers. Thank you Nick!

Last night (12/27/23), someone broke into my vehicle at the BayFair BART station. I was stunned and upset, but knew I had to gather myself to get home. To my surprise, my insurance said I wasn’t eligible for roadside assistance ( I dealt with that later). They did connect me with a company that offered the best rate I could afford. US Towing sent two men , Nick and Sandeep to come pick me and my car up. They actually jump started my battery, and so I was able to drive myself home. I just want to say “ thank you” to these two men for helping me out, and seeing that I got off safely to my home. Nick was very kind and professional. Sandeep was quiet, but most helpful. Please remember them when it comes to evaluations and reviews. They were excellent, and the service was very good. The service and attention from US towing are what customer service is all about. I never would have thought to spend much time to a review a towing company. My needs were satisfied by a clever person handling the phone call. He was polite and asked enough information to satisfy the needs of my wife , son and myself. The tow truck driver was as professional and very competent with his skills & polite as well & communicates well. We got back home in the same condition as when we left.. safety first.. followed by business at hand.

Called for a tow after an accident at midnight. Waited on hold while they looked for a truck. Waited 10 min. She can back on the line. Said “no trucks” then hung up. No sorry, no options or empathy. What a human. June 25th 2023. Why give money to people like this
