I had a very frustrating experience with this towing company today. My car was parked right outside my garage while I was loading items inside. Despite my immediate presence and attempts to stop them, the tow truck driver proceeded to tow my car. I ran after the truck for two blocks, but they sped up, causing further distress and an unsafe towing situation. While I acknowledge my mistake in parking, I am appalled by the lack of basic courtesy. I would have gladly paid the fee to avoid this situation if they had just stopped when they saw me running after them. Was it really worth $315 to handle the situation this way?

Sucks that the car got towed, but on the other hand the staff was nice and calm. The reason why I say this is that other people that were there got frustrated and started talking loudly to the staff. But in my opinion they handled the customers really well so I won't dock them in my star rating just because my car got towed but I did give them a rating as a business. I gave them the rating because I have had previous experiences with other tow companies that either damage the vehicle with scratches or have rude unprofessional condescending staff at the front office When trying to claim a vehicle.

Just like others have shared , I have the same experience. Company is a scam. I was out of town for a few days. I am a legal tenant/owner , Car was parked in a completely legal parking zone of the community but was towed. They couldn’t provide a reason why it was towed. Very rude in overall communication . My car didn’t even had a tag on, yet it was towed. Rule before towing is to have a tag on for at least one day. And there was no tag. Just for one day I was charged $550. And was forced to pay cash to release it. I have violated no rules no laws , yet was forced to pay such an exorbitant amount and again NO EXPLANATION on why it was towed

This company is involved in Predatory towing activities. They towed my car illegally from my apartment, when I showed them my tag, they said it was not visible and insisted I pay $425 before releasing my vehicle. They are very rude, complete scammers and should be shut down. Stay away from them at all cost. I will be suing this company.

The biggest scam At 10:00am on Saturday realizing our car was towed .called the tow company at 10:29 to try and pickup the car. The person answered the phone did not identify himself got the information and verified the was there and told us the it will be $550 to get the car out and made an appointment for 1 pm. We get the there and the place was closed. Call the person back ( same person) answered the phone and stated some is on there to help us. Called back at 1:08, 1:27 and again at 1:45 and confirmed that again the charge to be $550 . But when I got ready to pay the price went up to $820. They would not give us the owners name or the person who we have been talking to on the phone . So the bottom line is that they held our car hostage till we paid $850 There was another person with similar issue but he told her that for her is cash only. This company is a scam. They would not give us the managers name or the person who answered the phone.

Absolutely no transparency nor responsibility when a company can try to nickel and dime you without any consequences involved on their behalf. Terrible business. Our neighborhood has a 3 day only parking policy, and we had just moved our car the day before AND EVEN had proof with our ring video that our car had only been in that parking spot for less then 24 hours. But they said because there is no license plate shown the proof is not credible! The logic doesn't even add up because the car they towed was that of the car in the video. They still demanded $360! Outrageous.

I would not even give them a star my car was towed even after having a Parking authorization sticker on it. These people don’t have the decency of talking and my post was removed from their page. I want a full review of this and apology for their actions. As it caused me a lot of trouble personaly. I will keep reposting this if you want to keep deleting. The people should know. They towed my car away in front of my own house at 1：30 am saying that I parked in a fire lane. According to the AI, the fire sign typically go 20 feet far. My car is more then 20 feet away from the sign. As you see in the picture, you can not even see the sign, even if you do, you can't even read the sign.

Scammer. This towing service towed my car in a guest parking spot when there was no sign about required permit or anything. They are late for the appointment and we waited out in the dark cold. And when I called the person he was so rude saying I just need to wait. That this is like an appointment in DMV, you don’t get seen right away on your appointment time.

Famous for towing cars in low income neighborhoods. Horrible customer service. Tow truck drivers comfortable enough to threaten you when you approach them, even if they’re towing someone else’s vehicle. My mood is literally ruined every time I see their tow trucks in my neighborhood as I don’t know who they are victimizing next. Don’t feel safe around their crew.

Bunch of ex felons and paroles running a towing company and they are hired by Hayward PD WHAT A JOKE? They tow your car within few minutes because we got Karen’s all over the neighborhood who got nothing better to do than watch people where they park. Got my vehicle towed by them within 6mins I have the receipt of how the tow company was dispatched by Hayward PD cause someone complained and they didn’t bother to give no warnings no tagging they just straight up came in a private truck so you can’t hear them towing your vehicle and within no time they disappear with your car. When you get to their office which looks like a prison cell they will harass you that either you pay cash or you pay with your own card at this point you are not allowed to borrow anyone’s card or family member card to pay them harassment charges. I straight up told them y’all bunch of balonies who got nothing better to do in life than rob people. Beware of them and if your towed “good luck”

Firstly, the phone interaction was very discouraging. The staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude, showing little regard for my situation or questions. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. Adding to the frustration, the towing company decided to take their lunch break during hours they are normally available, which seemed more like a spiteful act rather than a coincidence. This unexpected break significantly delayed the process of retrieving my vehicle. I’ll file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Moreover, the weather conditions were terrible - it was raining heavily. Despite this, I was instructed to wait outside in the rain, which was not only uncomfortable but also seemed inconsiderate given the circumstances. In conclusion, the service provided was unsatisfactory, marked by rudeness and a lack of professional courtesy. I hope my feedback encourages the company to improve its customer service and operational efficiency.

The low rating of this place is WELL deserved. Customer service here is TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE the service here, there are others 24/7 towing company nearby and you'd be better in their hands. There was a car that was parked illegally on a no parking zone. I called these morons because they're contracted to our apartment, and was told that they'd come check it out. I even sent them pictures of the car parked illegally. After about an hour the car was still illegally parked so I called again and this time they told me I have to call our naive half-witted pseudo "manager" of the property who also is a tenant of the place. After that I figured that these knuckle heads were friends, so they won't be coming anytime soon and had already told our imbecile manager to move his car instead. What irks me even more is their answer to why they won't be towing his car. Word for word "He's the manager he can do whatever he wants". I told them that what they said very much resemble our dunce manager, they told me to "Go suck a sick". If this was any other tenants' car, they would come and tow immediately. I don't think this is in anyway how someone should run a business.

This experience was nothing short of a scam. They towed my car and forced me to pay $550, insisting that everyone pays the same, but that's far from the truth. What's even more baffling is that, despite claiming to charge extra for non-working days, they were towing cars at 1:30 am on a Sunday. How it’s is non working days for release if you are towing on same day. It's evident that they're in it for the money, not customer service. If they had asked for $255, that would have been reasonable, but they tacked on gate and storage fees without my consent. It's their responsibility to keep the car in the same condition when they tow it. I had to sacrifice our Thanksgiving plans with my family because of this pure scam.

Had my car towed here, I had moved into my apartments and went to ask the leasing office which parking spot was mine and get the plaque. While looking for the parking spot THEY TOWED MY CAR. I knew right away and went over to their office they said they didn’t have an appointment for another 2 hours. I waited. It was dark out looked sketch I get out he says your gonna have to wait I’m on my LUNCH. My uber driver got out and asks the employee you’re gonna make a young girl wait after you told her the appointment time in the dark and cold just so you can eat your lunch? And the employee goes not my issue. The Uber driver was kind enough to let me sit in the car till I could pay to get my car released and waited till I drove off to make sure I was okay. Waited till he was finishing eating his sandwich. I got charged for the time he was on his lunch, there was no one else there. All of this so he could just collect the money which was $500. I look at the other reviews and they are accurate, the employees are just bad people to say the least and will do anything to make you wait so they can collect more money.

Parked my car in front of my house to drop off food with my emergency turn signals on and I come back outside to see my vehicle is missing. Checked my camera and I see that these people towed my car.. I called right away to the tow yard and the representative is extremely rude while giving me an appointment for 8:15 pm. I drove down there really quick to see the tow truck drive leaving my vehicle in their yard. I asked them if he dragged the vehicle the whole way and he said "yup" without a care in the world.. I told him that the vehicle is all wheel drive and he smiled and said someone will be with me.. I walked to the front door and can hear people inside. Waited for about 20 minutes and see people coming out that looked like thugs. Called their number to ask if there are people inside that can help me and the same representative said in a rude manner "your appointment is at 8:15 and you'll have to wait" then repeated himself "your appointment is at 8:15 sir, you'll have to wait..." While the person on the phone was very rude and told me that my appointment was at 8:15, some guy named Jonathan showed up at 8:20 pm. Hade grab my registration and insurance, i looked at my car to see damaged on it. Told Jonathan about it and without reviewing any details, pictures of pick up to see if there are damages, he replies right away that they didnt do it. Takes me inside and doesnt give me any details to my questions, his reply was "it'll all be on the receipt after you sign the digital pad.." No explanation, no pictures, no videos, not listening at all but telling to sign if i want my car out. They charge me $535 dollars total to take my car out. $250 tow fee, $100 1 day storage when my vehicle was there for roughly 2 hours because they made me wait to pick it up, $125 gate release fee, $60 special equipment service fee... $535 because they wanted to tow my vehicle all while I was dropping food in my house for a couple minutes. All paid and getting the car, I had someone else drive my car out and hes yelling at me that I can not record the damages they did to my car and I can not have more than 1 person on their lot... A butch of THUGS!!! I will fight this charge and take them to court.

Very unprofessional company. Seems like they are family operated and desperate for money. Called over the phone to ask about my vehicle the lady said system is down and could not give me information weather my vehicle was there or not. I Had previously called the police and they said my vehicle was infact there. So I decided to still show up. When I got there over heard another guy say "you guys told me to bring cash" so he did. That kinda raised a red flag. He also mentioned he had a parking permit and was confused as to why they took his car. It was my turn to pay, system was still down apparently. All I had was my debit card/ID so she scanned my documents and credit card to I guess charge later. At first didn't think much of it but now I'm worried they will use my info. to scam. Because as soon as she finished doing all this she kept my copy to "shred" and system was back up how convenient. Right ? Weird? If anything missing on my account I know who to go after, will definitely be calling the police. Reading all the other reviews worry me and have me wondering if anyone actually did call to have my car towed or if they go around apartment complexes taking any vehicle they find insight parked in any place to make some money since they look desperate. I just say why steal from others if you can't afford the rent to operate the business just close it down. The worst part is them not showing any customer service skills. Plain rude and unprofessional. The reviews say it all.

These people are real desperate for money. They towed a work truck that was only there for 5 mins and drove off very fast at speed to get it to the yard. I feel so bad for this worker. There should've been a warning first. This is not okay. They had to be driving at a high speed.

***This company is operating outside the law. They are towing people's vehicles when no one has authorized them to do so.*** I parked my car outside my apartment for a few minutes to unload my groceries. As soon as I put stuff in the fridge, I came out and my car was gone. I called the cops to file a report thinking someone stole it, but was told the car was towed by All Brauns Towing Inc. I called this so-called company to try to get answers as to who authorized them to tow my car but the guy was obnoxious and hung on me twice. The third time he didn't even bother to answer me, it was just a recorded tape. The fourth time he picked up, I was was already fed up, so I immediately told him what I thought of him. I then went to Hayward to pick my car, the person there asked for $535 saying I parked close to the fire lane. I called my landlord and they said they had never heard of this company. These people are patrolling private properties when no one has asked them to. They simply take pictures of your vehicle as proof that you have violated some law, tow your car, call the cops telling them they are a towing company that has towed your vehicle, then you will be charged a large amount. These people are criminals. They need to be reported to the police immediately.

very shady business, they try to coerce you into paying in cash and try to make you wait until after additional fees have accrued on your vehicle before allowing you to pick it up. From other reviews you can tell this family makes its living from messing with innocent people and through scummy means. It’s a miracle these people are still in business, as if their horrible business practices weren’t enough, the employees here all have horrible attitudes and are just all around very rude.

Towed on a Sunday evening from my own building 15 mins before 8 PM after which they wouldn’t have been able to tow vehicles from that spot (open/flex parking no time limit between 8 PM - 8 AM) for the day with many open parkings available all around (clearly shows the intention … it doesn’t matter that I exceeded 3 hours it’s an open / flex / unassigned parking and not specifically retail parking) and considering the date and time there were many such unused parkings (flex and retail)…. No reason to tow and they charged 550$… obviously the breakdown of the amount charged justifies this very low and reasonable charge 👍 Also, Please don’t bother to reply to this no one cares for your generic / namesake courtesy reply 🙂
