Kudos to Richey, Alicia and Sam for great customer service while my vehicle was being serviced. Originally, I needed the AC checked. AC was generating very warm air not the usual cold air. I called Livermore Wheel Works as soon as it was open and explained the problem. Richey told me to bring in the car. I was there after an hour. Richey checked the vehicle in. I asked for the nearest Starbucks or coffee shop. I had medication to take for the right shoulder muscle strain. Med needed to be taken with food. Both Richey & Alicia directed me to a Starbucks, which was three long blocks away. While waiting, Alicia called regarding about the AC. I knew already, that the Kia was due for a new battery...Alicia explained about the current promotion Wheel Works had. She told me $40 credit will be given. As I continued to wait, I decided to visit Wheel Works app to see what coupons were available. I noticed the promotion Alicia mentioned. I saw the $5 off for each windshield wiper, coupon expiring 9/30. I called and Sam answered. And I added replacement wipers. Sam told me Kia will be ready within the hour. He took care of checking my Kia out with my payment. I almost forgot. Car needed reset. Richey came to the car and did the reset. Thank you to Richey, Alicia and Sam for great customer service...
although the technicians did their best to assist my truck just wasn't fixed to safe operation standards. . We were charged $3200. All I wanted was the front brakes and the rear brakes and two front tires.
Oh wow just checked again and they charged 3800. I feel like we were taken advantage of. They didn't provide part numbers or use factory parts

This place was recommended by my supervisor. Service was fast and good. The techs are quite observant and were able to find exactly what I was looking to have answered.
Called the day before to get an alignment. Scheduled at 1 pm, then they called me back to reschedule at noon. Told me it was going to be an hour. I come back and hour and a half later and they havent started on my car yet. Whats the point in scheduling if they dont uphold it?
Dropped in over the weekend with a punctured tire and was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. Even without an appointment, the team accommodated me right away. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free.

I have used this store for the last 5-7 years for all of my cars, including the latest Mercdes Benz S Class and a GLC Coupe for installing my custom wheels and tires, as well brakes and oil changes, flat repair etc!
They have also installed my own custom and wheels on all of the cars without any problems!

Poor customer service from the get go. I suspect the person heping was a service tech. If a company is going to allow service techs to represent the front of the business, they definitely need to COACH/EDUCATE personel. This person did not even know what services they offered. Was more concerned with setting appointment so as to not perform any services. Sad.
I love this location, the team and management are really on top of it. They're very knowledgeable and won't steer you wrong, also very capable of a wide variety of vehicle repairs.

Worst facility. Walked in at 9:50 am for my 10 am scheduled appointment. Lady at counter told me it will take one and half hour and i can either wait or whatever sails my boat. Came back at 11:30 am and i was stunned to see the work on car didn’t even start. They didn’t even move the car from the parking spot. Strange and so embarrassing i must say. Wasted my 1.5 hours for nothing. What a stupid facility with stupid people there who know nothing about customer service and timely communication.
Sam showed me great hospitality. Greeted me with a smile and helped me get everything I needed done for my car. Awesome guy he definitely made my experience better!!!
I had the pleasure of getting my moms car serviced at this shop. I assumed I'd take it for some maintenance work and the tech Marcelo let me know that the battery was very low to consider replacing it soon. Had he not told me I am sure that car would've have left my mother stranded somewhere. At the end I came out with a well serviced car, wheels on point and a new battery. The car has been running great, no complaints there. I do plan on having this team service my other vehicles. I have been recommending this shop to my friends and family. It truly is rare to find a shop that won't attempt to upsell you. Definitely a keeper. Oh and by the way Alicia ROCKS!!!
