I want to specifically thank Noah for helping me out. Although everyone there was professional and helpful, Noah went above and beyond assisting me with my issues and I have no issue recommending everyone with a Subaru going to this location. There was also another gentleman at the parts department who assisted me but I wasn’t able to get his name.

Me and my husband were in a search for a specific car and this location happened to have it on their lot. Paid a visit, we were welcomed and assisted by Rebecca, test drive the car, answered all the questions, closed the deal electronically and picked up the car the next day it was cleaned and fueled to full tank of gas. Rebecca attended to all our questions as well via text and call right away, thank you for the great service!!!

I have to say, I'm really impressed with the caliber of service this place has. My experience here was above average and the rep who helped me, Noah, deserves a raise. The whole process was just so on point and I was very impressed with how much he worked with me to get my repairs done right. 5/5 across the board for his work ethic. Katie at the front desk was super nice too.

I've been talking my 2021 WRX here from day one. Katie always makes sure I know where I'm at on my maintenance, she's very friendly, and goes out of her way to answer any service questions I have. The service center as a whole seem to know how much I care for my car and treat it with the same care. My car may not be that old but frequent maintenance is key to a long life for it. Livermore Subaru service department get this, take great care of my car, and make sure I'm happy every time I drive away. Thank you!

GAME CHANGER: Subaru has changed since my last visit about 3 years ago. They were amazing!! The communication was clear, concise, and great follow-up. It felt like the good old days when this place really took the time to do great customer service ! I couldn't believe how human and empathic they were to all the customers coming/going and treated everyone with compassion. My primary service contact was with Robert W. What a wonderful employee. He set the new bar for standards and customer care. I very much look forward to using them for service in the future. I also had great conversation and customer experience with Dean. They really deserve 10 stars . Thank you Subaru for listening and making changes for the better. I pray this continues. Keep up the great work! I also wanted to add my hitch looks great! Nice job to the tech in the back too! Thank you!!

Car was taken in for detailing on a Tuesday at 12:30pm (the scheduled time) and promised to be ready at 5:00pm on the same day (indicated on the paperwork). I was contacted by my adviser around 5:00pm telling me that I needed to pick it up the next day after 12:00pm. This was no problem. The next day, I am contacted at 12:30pm and told my car will be ready after 2. I responded that I would probably be there after 4 or 5 due to work. After rearranging some plans, I attempted to contact my adviser — both through call and text — to let him know that I could arrive earlier than expected. No response was given. Expecting my car to be ready, I arrived at the service center around 3:30pm and my adviser was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, another very helpful employee assisted me. After all the trouble of trying to find the paperwork (shoutout to the previously mentioned employee), I finally paid for the service, got my keys, and rolled out of the lot with my freshly detailed car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the detail on my car and the helpful adviser who stepped up and in for his absent colleague. Subtracting one star for the delays and another for the aforementioned absent/unresponsive employee.

Bought my brand new Crosstrek at full asking and have dealt with poor customer service since then. It began small with a promised license plate holder (minor I agree, but a promise is a promise). 1 month and 3 follow-up calls later...nothing. I bought my own. Then my car began malfunctioning. It started with dropping recognition of my phone, moved to radio issues then my MPG and gas levels couldn't be read. I called Service Dept 3 separate occassions, explained the issues each time, asked for a loaner and was told I need to speak to a service advisor. I would leave my name and number, no call back. Each subsequent call I increased the level of person I would leave a message for, same result. Finally when the automatic breaking failed I had enough. I called Subaru of Oakland who booked an appointment for the next day, got me a loaner (no questions asked), in and out the door in 15 minutes and fixed my car in 3 1/2 hrs. They appreciated my business and treated me as such. I will NEVER recommend Subaru of Livermore (who I later found out had recently been purchased from a company in Texas with awful customer service ratings). Do your homework people. I WISH I had done mine.

Couldn’t even reach them to schedule an appointment. Service extension rings with no answer, other extensions just transfer back to service extension that doesn’t answer. Tried several times on 2 different days.

The employees are nice. The service is done well. The building is way to small for this volume of business. Cramped area to check in. Not much of a waiting area and the parking is always full.

They can't even tell if the car service is complete. Except for the specific service adviser who is not reachable no one knows whether the car is ready for pickup.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!! I was waiting till the end of story, so I could write an adequate review. I purchased a brand new Subaru Impreza from Livermore Subaru. A few weeks after that, I noticed that there is a weird noise when I was driving over the bumps. Since I was so happy about the Sales department of this location, I decided to go there for service. I explained everything to the mechanic, and we also went to a parking lot where are a few bumps, so he could hear the noise. He heard the noise, confirmed that and I left the car with them to fix it. After about 2 weeks, they called for the first time, saying that there is no noise and I can pick up the car. When I came, there was the same exact noise. I went with the master mechanic to the parking lot, and he said that he was not even informed that the noise was only when going over the bumps!!! I left the car with him. He found the issue, ordered new parts and replaced them( the strut, top hat and strut nut). When I came to pick up the car, THERE WAS A SCRATCH ON THE FRONT BUMPER!!! My new car... I left the car with them for another 4 days to fix that. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 1 MONTH IN TOTAL! Fun fact, I had to drive 4 times from San Jose to Livermore. The worst part is still ahead. ANOTHER SOUND APPEARED!!!!!!!!!! There was a creaking noise when I was turning he steering wheel. I decided to go to another location for service this time( to Premiere Subaru in Fremont). They inspected the car AND FOUND OUT THAT THE REPLACED PARTS WERE NOT SITTING CORRECTLY, AND ONE PART OF THAT WHOLE ASSEMBLY IS MISSING!!! AND WHAT LIVERMORE MECHANIC DECIDED TO DO??? HE JUST PUT M3 FOAM TO FILL UP THE SPACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The people from Fremont told me IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THE CAR IN THIS CONDITION!!!!!!! I am completely upset with the service I received in Livermore. That is a disaster! I would think twice before buying a Subaru if would have known about the quality of service provided for this car. That location is not the only one with bad reviews. Stevens Creek is having even worse reviews. I am wondering if the Subaru Regional Manager is happy about what is happening in the Service departments...
