When my BMW suddenly had a crack in the oil filter cap, my car dumped all its oil out. No one had it in stock, not even the dealer unless I wanted to drive 3 hours. I called Eurotech and they sourced the part immediately and had it to me within a couple of hours. Highly recommended! Matt and Kurt are amazing. Went way above and beyond to get me the part that same day. I know who I’ll call next time for sure. Thanks again guys!

Turn down my business because I live in San Leandro, I guess my money not good enough!!!!! I was told they try to stay in the Tri-Valley area, nowhere does it mention this on their web site! there web site sound like a business I would want to deal with and spend my money with. I guess not!
I had an amazing shop in Santa Fe. When I moved to Livermore I thought I would not find a shop like that here. I tried a few other shops before coming to Eurotech. These guys are pros. They have done a fantastic job on my two Audis and a Merc (two of them are classics and have parts made of unicorns). I have a solid relationship with these guys and they go above and beyond.
I have brought my car here since moving to Livermore. Having an aging car means maintenance. Matt has always been fair and concise in my repairs. Albeit expensive, he has always taken care of me in reasonable time. One time I had a rear shock come off its mount due to a worn bushing and he repaired it at no charge. I couldn't have been happier. I take my car nowhere else for service.These are the only guys I trust. Sometimes its expensive but we bought exotic cars what do we expect? Can't suggest these guys strongly enough.
Highly recommend Eurotech! My daughter hit a hail storm on the drive down to CA for her summer internship. Matt took care of her as if she were his own! Even coordinated the windshield with another company so she wouldn't have to go to multiple places. Top notch service with excellent quality! I only wish we lived near by.
Great service took in my Gti for a Manifold replacement, Tech's recommended a few things that needed to be changed. My insurance helped a lot, so if you have an extended warranty they can be flexible with you. 10/10 Best place in Livermore to take your Euro cars.
People are nice. They are honest and not pushy. They didn't make up things wrong. My car diagnostic came back with nothing wrong, they said my car was in good shape. The mechanic gave me his recommendation of a few preventative things I could have done and never made me feel like I was being scammed. I would recommend this place and I will continue taking my BMW here.
Traded the guy 400 for my tires, he take it upon himself to swap out the whole assembly without telling me, threw a lien on the car stating it was in there lot for 4 months when it was only there for 2, after they verbally stated they’d allow me to store my vehicle there until i got it up and running, only to part it out and not tell me. Horrible professionalism towards my, horrible experience, i won’t be going back there to have them work on anything else.
Very accommodating, I was questioning a problem with my vehicle and they were kind enough to put it on the lift and show it to me. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are legitimate, they will accommodate you with all your German car needs because that's what they specialize in and that's what they do! I do appreciate the staff at Eurotech they're covid compliant and conscious about it.
Really friendly and helpful. Thought I was having an issue with my breaks, they checked it out and showed me it was nothing to be concerned with. Didn't charge me a dime. Will definitely go back next time I actually do need servicing
Charged me nearly $300 to “diagnose” a flickering headlight on my 2006 e90 330i. Did not even replace the bulb or find ANY issue. (Alternator went out a year and a half later, may have been related but also not). Now I am older and wiser (this happened probably 4 years ago) and feel the need to stress that this place is a scam for all the poor Livermore residents that think they’re getting good deals on their expensive car repairs. I ended up changing this headlight myself a few weeks later, in less than 30 minutes total. These people should have replaced my bulb and I got taken advantage of. Dealer prices are NOT much lower, and I would truly recommend finding a different mechanic for your European vehicle, one that cares about customers no matter if they’re 18 or 88. Makes me sick just thinking about it.
